Good product, they were square and fit easily in...
Good product, they were square and fit easily in the rough opening, the corners had a little uneven welds which i had to trim probably 50% of them with a blade to remove imperfections. For the price this was not to bad of a trade off. There is a 1.25in lip on the outside of the nailing fin which was a surprise in deign, I had to dig into the specs, and it was not clear that was the design.

Too bad the first one was so poorly packed and came in pieces. HD did make a price adjustment to compensate.

A wonderful experience from beginning to end The window was...
A wonderful experience from beginning to end The window was shipped and arrived early. The opening had been framed in the window was higher quality than the price would suggest it fit perfectly in the opening and the change in the room was dramatic (we took out the fireplace and worked out great.!!

We really liked the way the window was packaged. Not in a box but packaged with clear wrap and styrofoam to protect it. It was very easy to manage. My husband installed it by himself. It replaced an old window that had really aged. It looks beautiful. Just the way we wanted it to look.
