Took it apart. This was used as a french door for 30 inch door. Opening the full sized door obstructed my mud room. Taking theses apart the individual panels worked great and are held closed by magnetic cabinet closers and open by magnetic door stops.

Jeld Wen Bi-fold doors are made of recycled junk that appears to be paper or sawdust inside with a wood look veneer on the outside. Several of these doors have self destructed during installation and others have fallen apart after a short period of use. If you want cheap, this is it but don't expect good to come with it. Spend a few more dollars and get a door that will last.

Materials of the door were cheap and the paint was thin and in some places broken off. Easy to install.

Average quality hollow core doors. Some damage through shipment and handling (e.g. bent/chip door corners). Easy enough to patch and paint to finish. Needed to drill out holes for support pins.

If you order doors from Jeld-Wen, be aware that there is a very high probability that the hardware pack will be missing at least one piece of hardware essential for mounting the doors. I ordered five Jeld-Wen bi-fold closet doors through Home Depot for a home renovation. Of those five doors, two were missing a small but important pivot pin or track guide needed to hang the doors. Quality control is clearly lacking. After contacting Jeld-Wen customer service, I was told the warranty period had expired and they refused to send me the two small pieces of hardware that I had paid for but never received. Instead, they directed me to purchase them again on their website. I will never again order a product from Jeld-Wen. They would rather save some pocket change than support a customer who spent several hundred dollars on their products. Insulting.

I ordered May 1st and as of May 27th have not heard any indication of the unrealistic shipping to the store between June 16-19.... I get a little bit of a wait, but you'd think with an expensive purchase they'd go out of their way to have a reasonable time frame for a pickup.. truly disappointing.

Arrived in excellent condition. Fit was excellent. Mounting hardware is good but hinges and knob are booth poor quality. Also, hinges are surface mounted and are not mortised into the sides of the doors.

This door was exactly what I expected, and identical to the one I replaced. My old door developed a crack at the bottom pivot, and the pivot would slide into the door, causing the door to drag on the floor. The new one came pre-drilled, which was a surprise. I just had to tap in the proper hardware, add the pull and hang it. The only negative is that these doors take a long time to get delivered (4 weeks).

I was pretty disappointed when I opened the doors and saw how poorly the sides were finished. The area I am talking about are the edges that are normally not visible if the door is closed but open up at the hinges when you open the door . Since this door is normally left open in my installation you always see this edge that is finished poorly. It literally had dents or gouges in this area and the paint was not applied very well if at all here. Pretty poor build quality for the price. I should have returned it right then but the effort for that was not worth it.

Nice doors that were easy to install. It took my husband about 5 minutes, it probably took me longer to paint them. Would purchase again. The only issue, it took 4 weeks for them to get to us.

In description does not state that it needs to be painted. Framing very lightweight ... worry about long term quality. Very light weight. Had finger prints on it from manufacture.

We purchased two sets of doors. The panels were in different places on each door set so that the doors do not appear to be aligned. Panels were off by more than an inch as measured from the top. We purchased two more doors with exactly the same problem. Seems like all doors should have the panels in exactly the same place, especially since they are molded.

Good door. Went with Jeld-Wen based on brand name. Wasn't disappointed.

Ordering was simple. The door got here on time and was a no hassle pick-up. Easy to install, even for my home improvement challenged husband and it look s nice installed.

PRODUCT TOOK ALMOST A MONTH FROM THE TIME I ORDERED IT TO BE DELIVERED TO THE STORE. ALSO HAD A FEW DINGS ONCE I GOT IT HOME AND UNPACKED IT. LOOKED LIKE ONE OF THE DINGS THEY TRIED TO PAINT OVER SO THEN THE PAINT DIDNT MATCH EITHER.I WILL KEEP THEM BUT WILL HAVE TO SAND OUT THE DINGS AND REPAINT MYSELF.

I have a closet where my washer and dryer are. I could not close the door because the doorknob was right where the washer control knob was. So this bifold door works great. I only wish that the knob was a better quality. I went and bought a new one that looks much sharper. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great value! I was amazed at how easy the installation was for this product. I installed 4 sections and took me less than an hour. My only issue was that my opening was not square and I had to shave some existing molding on one side. Also, my opening was less than the required size, but the installed panels are less than specified so that they fit perfectly.

The doors came in prompt fashion and were exactly what I wanted. Installation was easy enough. I'm happy with the product and the service.
