      Q:Using a pair of 30x80 bifold doors, to cover a 60"W closet opening, what is the STACKED WIDTH of the doors when opened wide, and how far do they project into the room? I want to be sure they won't interfere with my furnishing when fully opened. Thank you.

            A:  Yes You'll have to redrill top and bottom hardware holes after you cut the door 28-1/2" wide and add [1-1/8" × 1-1/2"× 80"(+-) ] glue and nail solid pine blocking in door edge . For the door is hollow.

While you may choose to trim your door, please note that requests for warranty services could be denied depending on the circumstances affecting product performance.                 A:  Hello These hollow core doors are equipped with top, bottom and side inside framing. (T , B , S ) MAXIMUM cutting are the dimensions given. Any more than this, ruins the integrity of hardware function.
