Be Careful With These Doors
Measure these doors carefully before installing. We just finished the opening, installed hardware, and then found these doors to be several inches shorter than stated on the box! Apparently Jeld-Wen doors like these come in two lengths - either 80" (which the box said they were), or 77-78". My fault for not measuring the actual doors, but the boxes were sealed so I never questioned it.
Unfortunately, I've had these doors for several years so exchanging them won't be an option. Not happy.

I am some what disappointed as the door quality isn't as nice as I thought. It was difficult to attach the metal pieces as the edges where the woodframe outlines the panels is barely wide enough to get brackets attached. Also there were a few nicks in the doors but we could not see them until the package was opened. The store had only one left and that package had already been opened.

Sizing is wrong!!
We waited weeks and weeks to get these doors. We finally got to start working on them yesterday. My husband painted them and then we went to measure the closet again and measured the doors again and we discovered that the doors are 77 inches tall not 78, as per the description. What a huge bummer!!! We needed them to be 78 inches. Now we don't know what to do since we can't return them. Not a happy customer.
