Shipped on pallets with sturdy packing and wrap. Missing 2 screens, but Jeld-Wen responded quickly through their warranty service.

It feels extremely cheap very flimsy slide operation is very sloppy dosant feel like a good quality product .i wouldn't put it in my home maybe great for shed but its definitely not worth the price .came packaged amazing though to bad tha contents of crate wasn't worth the lumber protecting it

I bought this window and it was packed well, but broke in shipping. Just the lock mechanism was broke. The reason for the poor rating is because I left two service requests on Jeld-Wen's website just to send me a new lock. I have not heard anything for two weeks now. Next time I will think twice about going cheap for a window. This could happen on any window, but it is their customer service that I would prevent me from buying this brand again.
