very happy except the interior face of the door had 12" scratched that came with it from the factor.

Quality garage man door!

Door had damage on the brick mold, as well as dents on the door itself. Paint looks like the door has been repaired spots of off color white paint on exterior and interior of door. I would not buy this again.

The door itself was good, but the frame had a crack in it where the handle was connected. The door on the inside had a scratch. So the door was good but the people who handle the door didn't do a very good job. I was disappointed after waiting 7 weeks to get the door to see it show up like this.

Door was as described. First one had been damaged in transport. This one was fine. Has been installed and looks good.

Easy to install and it looks really nice! My only complaint is that a material that looks like caulking, is showing around the panes.

Took several months to receive the door and a call to Home Depot to figure out why it wasn't coming in. They called the supplier and it came in within a few days. The door is great. We had someone install it. It opens and closes so smoothly. I can't even hear when someone goes in or out. We love it!

Easy for my handyman to install

The door doesn't properly fit in the frame, and the weatherstripping doesn't keep drafts out on the locking side, even after replacing the weatherstripping.

For a door that is supposed to have an insulated core the interior side of the door is quite cold

A little disappointed with the finished product that was received. Opened the box with the homeowner present and found areas of the door that had paint missing or chipped. Plus, have to wait a month and a half to have this corrected.

We love the door! but it arrived with a big dent in it, which was an inconvenience for us since we live 2 1/2 hours from our closest HD. Customer service was very easy to work with and we will be getting a replacement door. 34" wide door was a little odd since 36" is standard but we made it work.

Didn't realize door jamb is for a 2x4 wall, not a 2x6 wall. Other than that I was very satisfied with the door.

The actual dimensions of the product were not close to the dimensions shown on-line. Product had to be returned, would not properly fit the existing opening

Product very well made my only complaint is that I specifically paid extra for this door in black and it already has a couple of nicks in the paint showing white... My only suggestion is a more durable coating or two coats of the paint would make the product rating excellent.

Door was good and solid. Installed with ease. Paint was perfect. Lot of people in the neighborhood have stoped by and said how nice the new door looks on the house.

Quality is good for the money, I researched several other doors and could not find anything close at this price point. Very happy so far. This replaced a flimsy garage access door. Feel much better now that something sturdy is in place.

Steel Entry Door, primed and ready to install. We had a contractor install for us. He hung it by himself...had lots of shimming (the door wasn't the problem). Love having some light that comes into the garage, but love knowing it is a high quality steel exterior door. Would definitely recommend.

The seal on this door is so good, you actually have to give it a good tug to get it open, that should save me a pretty good hunk of change on my heating bill. I wanted to purchase another door, but the ship to store charge was so high I opted to get the more pricey door that was free to ship to the store since I was going to pay only a couple bucks more.

I highly recommend this door. The price was right and it's very good quality.

We bought this door for our garage back door. It is steel and we have been warned that it will dent if hit hard. If we had known that we mayhave purchased fiberglass without the window. That all said, it is a beautiful door and so far so good without dents. It was a little expensive for the garage but we wanted the door with the upper third glass with the six lights and this was the only one we could find. I was surprised to see that it was quite a bit more expensive for the 30 in. than the 36 in. We tried to order custom from home depot but the providers did not offer this size steel or fiberglass door with the 6 lites. They only offered it for 36 inch doors . A carpenter installed it and did not seem to have any trouble as compared with the 36 inch back door (different brand) he installed at the same time. We did not need the brick mould but rather stucco mould so had to rip that off and purchase stucco mould at the Home Depot store. We are very happy with our "expensive" garage back door and if you need a 30 inch door with 6 lites in an upper window, this is a great door. The door is so great looking that it would make a great back side or maybe even front door also.

The frame was a little too large for the door, causing a noticeable gap on the locking side and making it impossible to lock. The installer had to adjust the hinges to make the lock meet the frame. Also, it was annoying that this door was way more expensive than the 36-inch version of the exact same door.
