Easy to assemble. It took me 10 minutes by myself. Nice and sturdy.

I bought two of these to use as side tables as I was limited on space. They are perfect one foot square with a misson look. I liked the wood so much that I only treated the tops in case of spills. The color and grain of the wood is lovely. They are the perfect height next to the chairs to set my coffee and tablet. Even though they are labeled as a plant stand they are perfect for what I needed. I put them together easily with the allen wrench provided. This is a great value for many reasons including price.

This was pretty much what I was looking for in that it was a simple plant stand, with upper and lower shelves and easy to assemble. The top shelf is 12" x 12" but this one is less than half the price of the equivalent 15" x 15" one !! I'm already planning on buying a second one. Four stars only because the rubber / para wood doesn't take stain as well as other "true" hardwoods.

I was very pleased with this purchase. Very little sanding was needed before staining. They make excellent nightstands!
