A:  The exact INSIDE dimensions of the bottom shelf are 8 3/8" x 9 5/8". I gave you the inside dimensions as that is how big you have to place something on the shelf. I hope this helps.

A:  Yes I painted mine an off-white. I used a paint that had primer in it already and it took two coats and looks good.

A:  It can hold a lot! It’s a super sturdy stand! And it’s beautiful wood!

A:  Our plant stands hold approximately 50 lbs.

A:  I have 32lbs on it with no problems.

A:  I don't really know. I have only put a plant on it that weighs about 5 pounds. My guess that it would hold much more. It is a very sturdy and well-made piece.

A:  Very easy to assemble. Two coats of a primer/ paint combination and ready to enjoy.

A:  The dimension is 16 3/16 from the top of the bottom shelf to the upper piece of wood runner under the top. We finished it with stain and urethane prior to assembly which we felt made it much easier. Simple assembly is required.

A:  16" from the top of the bottom shelf to the bottom of the upper apron. It comes unassembled in 4 pieces (top, 2 sides, bottom shelf) and was fairly easy to finish - I spray painted the individual pieces before assembling.
