Works and looks great

Perfect, and for some reason this basis stainless steel color was almost impossible to find elsewhere.

Transforms our old sink to like new.

Looked great when first installed and matched our new kitchen and faucet, but now the black color is chipping off, leaving silver metal exposed. It looks awful. I've never even cleaned the sink with anything other than basic dish soap and a soft dishcloth so it's not due to us using anything chemical or abrasive, just a defective product.

Excellent product. Don’t order from high tec store and pay triple the price.

Installed the flange at the beginning of February 2023 and it's May of 2023 and there is a big chip. We don't use abrasive chemicals and cleaners. The sink is basically cleaned with the dawn dish soap after cleaning dishes. We are not harsh on the flange and don't scrub it. Maybe you need to evaluate your powder coating technique for creating a durable enough coat since this is for a sink that is likely used every day in most households.

The black coating started peeling within a week. Do not get this.

We are very disappointed in the matte black finish. We are on our second black flange and are very disappointed in the quality of the finish. Since the first one started to chip, we were very careful when cleaning the second one. Used dish soap only, and it started chipping worse than the first one. Very disappointing since our sink is black. Hopefully we’ll have better luck with the brushed stainless. It’s a shame. InSinkErator has been around a long time, seems like all parts would be better quality since the disposal itself is high quality.

Arrived early and was just as expected. Color matched perfectly to my white sink.
