Fan is very quiet and quite lively

I like this fan. It is very quiet. I ordered two. Even though it says hardware is included, only one of the fans included the four canopy screws. That's my only dislike. I would have perferred that both fans had included ALL the hardware so that the second fans canopy's screws blended in with the canopy's color instead of being silver, and looking like random screws I found in the garage.

I originally wrote a 2 star review and wish to amend it. After calling in an electrician it was discovered to be incorrectly wired by my "handyman". BUT--the light fixture was also incorrectly wired. Considering it is pre-wired at the factory and ready to plug in this was disconcerting. I've only had it working a couple of days, but the air flow is wonderful and it's quiet. The lights are not as bright as I hoped, but that's my fault.

The fan itself is lovely. It works well. The lights are crap out of the box. They don't work - hence the rating. Given that the fan lights are the main source of light in my kitchen it's really a problem. Now I have to get a new light fixture and pay my electrician AGAIN to see if the new one works

An electrician installed the fan. It looks great, works well and is quiet. So far it fits all my needs.

This is a nice quiet fan which is important to me as I have two of them going in the same room. My only beef is with the installation guide. It could have been written better.

The fan is great and silent. Could hardly hear the spinning of the blades. Th low score is that the light kit was defective. I had to purchase a second fan to replace the light kit then return it. Because if the defective light kit, I had to spend an extra 50 dollars for my handyman to return.

The unit sent by Home Depot failed. We hired an electrician to install ($230.00) but after installing we found the motor failed. We returned to Home Depot and secured another fan which worked. The Hatherton46 in. fan failed. Rated at 0.

Don't know yet there was a white spot on one of the blades. I ordered another fan. We'll see.

A little time consuming to put together and up. However, it seems sturdy and was a great value for the price. I bought a cheaper off brand and it broke in a month. I will only buy HUNTER fans now.

I installed 4 of these fans in my home. The installs were very easy. I would recommend this model.

Two of the light bulbs in one of my orders were busted. The units themselves are okay. Home Depot’s online shopping offered $5 off when giving it email address to sign up for receiving marketing material. Never saw that discount got reflected.

I bought two of these fans. Easy to install (i bought a remote as well) and looks slick. Its a quiet fan, too.

Hunter still makes the best fans. The instructions were easy to understand and the fan installed easily. The fan is well engineered and so the parts fit together well and look great. The fan includes a balancing kit, but I didn't need to use it. There is some minor wobble at the high speed, but it almost isn't noticeable.

Typical Hunter quality. Very quiet.
