It did not my customer purchased this fan a year prior to buying the second fan thinking that she was getting the same exact product and now the fan is no longer remote-controlled which is the first one that the customer purchased was

It’s quiet and very nice looking!

It arrived quickly & undamaged. Looks good, as pictured and does not make a sound. There is a big difference between middle speed and high speed. High speed too much breeze and middle could be a little more breeze. Overall a great fan at a great price!

So quiet and simple and pretty!

I spent the extra money for a Hunter as they had a reputation for quality and I wanted a trouble-free deal for my elderly mom and step-dad. Installation was a challenge as my mom's older home had a ceiling fan outlet, but a very old one with holes that were about a one-half inch too close for the plate to fit without widening the slots in the metal place. I wasn't really concerned about that - older homes are like that. However, when it was all done and I turned it on, it immediately became clear that it would need to have the blades balanced. Not happy. I installed three of the Home Depot 'house brand' fans in the my own house about 10 years ago. None of them needed balancing, then or since. Hunter needs to pick up its QC game. I have one old hunter in my house and it is still going strong, so something has become lost along the way, or I just caught some bad blades, although they all had the QC stamp on them. I have a second Hunter to install up there and am hoping it goes better next time around.

This fan looks so nice and works very well too. Have no issues. It’s just what we were looking for.
