This thermostat is very easy to install and program. I have purchased these in the past, and will continue to do so.

The operation of a thermostat is adequate. But what is not, is the lack of instructions when there are only two wires to connect. You have to go to YouTube, or the number included for assistance in wiring the unit. Why can’t a two wire instruction be added to the directions of the thermostat.

Need a tiny screwdriver
Just installed this thermostat. You need a very small flat blade screwdriver to connect the wires. We have a lot of tools and I found a screwdriver that worked, but I can't imagine most people would have one that small. I even looked in the box to see if one was included. I had some success with an eyeglass screwdriver but it didn't work on the R or RH contacts which are really tight (mentioned in other reviews).

Excellent due to price of t-stat. Installation was easy for a DIY. The only issue is the lower right corner lcd screen has a blemish and only noticed when you push the buttons and it lights up. So far so good, easy for my mother to operate.
