Fit perfect, easy to install, work well and look great....nice Only issue screws not of best quality....heads on 3 screws snapped off

Many of the slats were chipped and split where they were cut. Nice blinds, sloppy workmanship.

These are adequate for the time being but I’ll be surprised if they hold up over time. The slats on the blinds aren’t really anchored in to anything but the drawstring, and they’re easily dislodged. If you have little kids or dogs they’re going to come out.

Picked up the blinds at the local store. They were put up in our front windows. It was noticed that a couple of the blinds edges looked like they were damaged or kind of roughed up which may have happened in transit or being thrown around. The damage was not enough to speak about but it still is disconcerting because you pay so much for these things and to see any damage is not a good thing. Installation was not hard and they look very nice. We just hope they last as the slats are thin and very light. They have been up for two weeks now and while we enjoy them and they give a good look to our living room, we just hope that they last.

I have sent these blinds back twice due to the edges being severely jagged and chipped up. I can't believe an employee would ship damaged product twice! Very disappointed.!

I ordered blinds twice and both times they arrived with the edges all chipped up and damaged. You would think the person cutting these to order wouldn't ship them if they were in this condition but they did twice. I don't have time to continue returning them and shouldn't have to.

We have a whole wall of these basswood blinds purchased in 2007. We needed a replacement for one window due the pull not working properly. They have to be cut for length and you have to do that yourself - otherwise this one would be hanging in back of a pellet stove. Other than that very difficult thing to do they are great blinds.

The pulls are tangled and difficult to raise and lower the louvers. I'll need to unwind them and rewind so they work smoothly. But, they are very nice looking and compliment our bamboo floors.

I received this and in less the 2 weeks was not working properly. I would like to speak to someone and replace it.

Overall quality it's good. Some of the blinds are banded but you can replace them with the one that are left when you shorten the height. THIS IS BIG!!! SCREWS, SCREWS AND ONCE AGAIN SCREWS! Blind are easy to assemble but screws that comes with blinds are really bad quality and will break.

We have been purchasing these blinds over the past 5 years and now have them in all of our windows. They really decrease the heat in the summer and are beautiful.

The blinds are easy to install and shorten. Some of the slats were warped, but the way they are made makes it easy to replace the warped ones without taking the whole thing apart. This is good as long as you have extra slats. They look very nice on the windows.

Product was received in excellent condition. arrived quickly. it meets all my expections. Was ordered by sales person in the store. She was very helpful and very kind. Very good price.
