I had to order these blinds, 3+ times, cut the metal component to fit even though the slats were the correct size, purchase additional hardware because the box was missing, and they gave me a splinter.Not ever shopping at HD again.

They don't fit we have to cut the top. It took weeks and weeks and several orders and refunds to get 2 of the 3 I ordered. It give up.

Blind was a perfect fit , good quality and looks amazing!

Supplied bracket screws are useless. Throw them out, and use your own screws. I have bought these blinds before. I like the way they look and operate. This time though, there was a problem with the bracket screws that are supplied for installation. Every screw that I screwed into the molding to hold the bracket in place sheared off as I was screwing it in. This happened even though I drilled a pilot hole for the screws. It took very little torque for the screws to shear off. These are the worse quality screws I have ever seen anywhere. After wasting maybe an hour with these screws, I decided to use 1" 1/4 sheetrock type screws that I had. I proceeded to throw out all of the included screws and use my own on the rest of the blinds. The installation was then completed in minutes.

Blinds actually broke on 3rd pull. Don’t stay lined up (slats). Will be retuning. Absolute crap

The blinds look great and can't be beat for the price. Bought more and will buy again.

As far as appearance, this blind is at least a 4.5. The problem are the mounting screws. Talk about cheap junk. (I'm trying to be polite) Even with the correct pilot hole, the heads twist off. If you purchase this blind, stop at the hardware section and pick up REAL screws.

For the price, these blinds are not the best. Several slats were warped right out of the box and shortening them was time consuming and a bit frustrating. Also, unless you hang the blinds just so, the balance does not work on an inside install.

Excellent. I had the blind cut to size at Hdepot and installation was no worries. Looks great.

Well, gee, you pay this kind of money and you would expect the slats to be straight. Several of ours were warped and so we used the slats that were taken out during the shortening of the blinds to replace them right at the start. Also, if you plan on putting these blinds on the inside of the window as we did, you won't be able to use the valance because of the clips. Install the blinds just a bit over the edge and you will be OK. Unfortunately, my wife didn't want them that way, so I had to improvise. Having carpentry skills, I was able to do that.

My only problem is I'm waiting for the size to come back in stock for the additional window I need to cover.

I cannot believe the difference this blind made in my kitchen nook. The warm glow that it adds to my kitchen is beautiful. The blind was also incredibly easy to install. I installed it within 10-15 minutes by myself. I love this blind!

The blinds are nice but the instructions and screws are bad!

This purchase was a replacement blind. It fit and matches my current blinds perfectly. Couldn't be happier.

previous model was stronger and much easier to handle, more rugger. the blades fall out with ease, they are lighter in weight, I had the same brand for the past 7 years but this replacement model is troublesome, since I had them cut to size counldn't return them otherwise I would haved.

Home decorators met my expectations.

The blinds look beautiful in my Victorian home. The wood is wonderful! I love authenticity

The blinds are easy to install, of expected quality. I bought two sets for two doors. One set came with defective screws that broke as I was tightening them by hand leaving part of the screw in the door, requiring me to find a way to affix the braces with additional screws in different places.
