Overall a nice fan , quiet would recommend to purchase

I bought one for each of our two guest rooms in the house. Unfortunately the receiver cannot be programmed to another frequency so one remote works both fans in different rooms at the same time. The reach of the remote is impressive but the only way I can fix this now is to buy another receiver and remote so I can program it to a different frequency. Aggravating.

We love this ceiling fan. It’s low profile and brightens up the whole room! We got 3 of them and would get more if one was needed.

I bought three of these and hired an experienced electrician to install who I had used previously to install the fans. The first one was just a little wobbly, the second very wobbly and the third I didn't even try. I wasted money I had to pay the contractor and my time. Stay away from this fan.

Home depot only gives you a 90 day warranty from the purchase date and the customer service number to call absolutely sticks to this. You buy Chinese made garbage and that is what you get. This fan turns itself on and the light has already quit working and the fan gets very hot. Not to mention now home depot is charging 30% interest on their consumer credit card. I am taking this piece back to the store to remedy the issue.

This fan was installed and appeared to be working, but then began malfunctioning. It would turn on and off randomly. Packaging was gone and was past return date. Electrician said the controller needed replacing. Home Depot said to contact the manufacturer under the warranty, and they sent a new controller to be installed but it would cost $300 to install new part. Worst purchase ever.

This is a very sleek low profile fan. It’s quiet, well functioning and looks good in a variety of styles. We are pleased.

The fan turns on like every 15 minutes at full speed and the light comes on, it appears that it is missing a switch on the motor that causes this. Pain in my butt.

I love the remote control, it is easy to use . The product is just what I wanted and it meets my expectations.

I purchased four of these units for a renovation and love them. Please note the "new version" of the receiver actually does not have sip switchs on it. Instead, use the pairing process in the updated manual. If you have multiple fans and want to operate multiple remotes (no switches in the receiver) simply set the remote switches differently. Them pair each remote: Turn power on to fan, press and hold the off button for 10 seconds. When paired the fan will blink...

Looked perfect and works Great

I needed a flush mount ceiling fan with light and this meets that requirement. Looks great in my family room

Great product for the price. Installation was rather difficult and I've installed over a dozen other ceiling fans before this one. The mounting bracket to the junction box in the ceiling was larger then the one I took down. I've never experienced that before in all the other ceiling fans I've installed. The brackets were all uniformed. Also the wireless box to be installed inside the mounting bracket was a very, very tight fit. I thought I was going to break it trying to jam it in there. Ultimately it finally fit but I hope I don't have to take it out again. Those are the only 2 things I ran into issues with. What I do like is the slot on the mounting sphere (Not sure what else to call it) that I think will prevent it from vibrating back 'n forth. I'd actually rate it a 4.5 but I won't take away from the fact that I had problems with it when others may not. But just be warned. I was forced to make actually 2 trips to the hardware store. One for a mounting adapter to get the bracket to fit on my junction box, then another trip to get a 2" long M4 screw to allow me to mount the cone plate to the mounting adapter. After everything was said and done, we love the fan. Wife is very, very happy but sad I was having so many problems mounting it up.

Great ceiling fan . I really love it . My only complaint is that the light is small , although it is very bright .

The good: The fan is extremely quiet when running. The not so good: A bit of a pain to put together. The assembly shape from the motor to the ceiling isn’t the most aesthetically pleasing but I needed the spacing for the fan blades to be closer to the ceiling. This fan does that. Last, the color is more of an off-white than a pure white.

Bought 7 of these fans July 2023. 4 of them are malfunctioning. They randomly turn on full blast by themselves. Sometimes the light will do the same. To make things worse, when you Decide to dim the lights from remote, the led will flicker on the 4 of them. All installed by electrician and none attached to any dimmer wall switch and independent frequency code. As many others have stated having exact same issues, CLEARLY this is a manufacturer issue. @homedepot what are going to do

This fan looks great and the price is great but - like many others- the one we got has a mind of its own. Which is not cool bc you don’t really know it until it’s installed. It changes speeds on its own. If the fan is going with the light off, the light will turn on randomly. It’s literally a great looking fan but too bad we have to uninstall it and return it. Please don’t make the same mistake we did. Do not buy it. It’s such a hassle.

Love this ceiling fan, we liked it so much in our spare bedroom we bought another one for our other bedroom. Great product and worth the money.

Very easy installation. The hook hanger in the mounting plate made it super easy to make the wiring connections. Replacing 3 other brown fans with this model soon.
