Cured leaking connector nipples in my furnace. I could see steam coming from them when furnace was heating up. Now, 2 months later, it is not leaking. It seems to have helped the whole steam furnace; it heats up faster. Great product for my issue.

I was skeptical but within an hour of putting this into my outdoor wood boiler, the leaks were all stopped, including one big leak that was coming from the main tank and leaking into the firebox. That was about a month ago and all is well. I highly recommend this product!

Had a steady thin flow of water dripping from boiler rear and as a result my auto water feed was constantly running. I followed instruction and within minutes, water stopped flowing and still after three days all is well. Great product.

I had a leaky boiler, and I was told it needed to be replaced. I found this product by chance in home depot. It sealed the boiler in 5 hours, and in less than 12 hours the leak was fixed. I could not be happier! In all my research, I have never seen this product mentioned. It is amazing!

Worked in my hot water boiler
I have a 4 unit rental property that was losing about 5psi a day (normal operating psi of 12-14) Many of the pipes ran between the floor and the foundation and were not accessible. After a plumber and my boiler guy both failed to locate the leak, the next option was to start tearing up floor boards. Before doing that I decided to give this product a try. The bottle says to add one bottle for every 400sf of heating or something like that, so I added 4 bottles; one for each apartment. Once added we turned the temp up to about 170 and set to 14 psi. The next day I came back and it was down to about 8-9 psi. I filled it to 14 again, and since then it has been holding steady. VERY glad this worked. Fixed my leak for less than 30 bucks and saved me the headache and money of locating this small leak.

2 quarts & another winter headache free
My outdoor wood burner is 13 years old. Noticed a wet spot on my concrete pad, and after removing some of the outside panels, found a pinhole shooting water out. Added 2 quarts, and leak was done the next morning. I have had no issues with decreased performance in heat exchange or plugged exchangers. I did have an air "burp" that went to an automatic air vent in my system. The valve stuck open a tiny bit, leaking water, and this stuff sealed that too. I have since removed my air vents since my system pressurizes the water return, I don't need to worry about airlock.
I am buying another quart to keep on the shelf- because you never have issues at 9am on a weekday. It's always at midnight on friday!
-I purchased & added this LAST YEAR. No issues 1 year later.

Leaking in-floor copper tubing.
I added 4 qts of this to a boiler system in a slab home, copper tubing in poured concrete. There was a pin hole leak in the floor and this seems to have worked. Was losing about 6 psi per week and now it loses less than 1 psi per week. Took a gamble to keep from breaking open the kitchen floor and it worked.

Must have for outdoor wood burner users
I confess I was lured into purchase of the cheap stainless steel ( not stainless at all) Canadian manufactured outdoor wood burner boiler. Even with keeping the required chemicals in the water at all time within three years it leaked like a sieve. Rusted in every seam. The real problem is this so called stainless steel is almost impossible to weld as compared to mild steel. This boiler was guaranteed 10 years except if it leaks then you own it. This boiler liquid has saved my boiler. Period. Whether it is the tubes inside the firebox leaking or the seam at the lower rear, this stuff works with absolutely no issues for the air to air heat exchanger or the water to water heat exchanger, the circulating pump, or the piping/valves. Better get some and keep it handy.

It plugged the leak
I ordered a bottle from Home Depot, but when reading the instructions found out I needed 5 more. I ordered the rest from Lowes, since Home Depot had a huge shipping charge. Maybe it was a mistake on Home Depot's system.
Followed the instructions, but isolated each of the 3 zones of my radiant floor to be able to reach 180 F out, 135 F coming back. By the way, I electrically bypassed the burner high limit to keep it going. Recommend getting someone who knows what he/she is doing if your controls don't allow you to safely set 180 F in your boiler. The hotter the better. Then I increased the pressure from 5 to 20 PSI and saw the pressure go down to 5 again. Subsequently I increased it to 25 PSI and witnessed, with amazement, that the hole apparently was closed. I kept it there for two hours at full fire. I told my wife the house was going to get hot. I am glad I warned her, otherwise I would not be writing this now. Report: No pressure loss for the last 24 hours. If it last for the next few winters it would be a huge success. Will see. Good luck to you.

Performs as described.
Used in an outdoor wood fired boiler that had some pin hole or smaller leaks. Followed product instructions and leaks stopped almost immediatly. Has been about a month since added and no leaks.
