I am so frustrated with products from Home Depot and the lack of information that’s provided on the product. The unit works fine, but the bulbs burnt out rather quickly! Now I’m trying to find replacement bulbs and I read in the reviews that LED bulbs cannot be used! Why on earth is Home Depot recommending the LED bulbs with this product then? I’m also wondering why my bulbs have burnt out so quickly given the fact that the unit is not supposed to be going on during the day. Home Depot… You need to get your act together in terms of providing all the information that customers need when they buy a product. Also, checking The “Frequently bought together” Recommendations for products because half the time they aren’t compatible! This is a good example of that!

Just wish was not plastic.The plastic tab for closure will break when changing battery eventually,then will have another problem.

I bought this to replace my previous button. This one looks better, but the locking tab on the bottom already broke off. The button still works and I like having a wireless button so I still gave it 4-stars. If they re-design the locking tab, I'd easily give it 5 stars.

Arrived as promised...instructions made it easy to connect to my existing chimes. It is working well as a "Butler Call Bell" for a temporarily disabled senior.

Great replacement switch for my battery doorbell system. The only thing that was missing was a jumper. The jumper helps select whether your doorbell chimes "ding" or "ding-dong." I used the jumper from my old switch and it worked fine!

Malfunctioning and does not work. How can I return?

The product looked nice but was very flimsy. A plastic piece broke after trying to secure it to the back of the push button. This happened to 2 that I purchased.

Better quality than most. I like the protective shade. Also the white colour is good with my white soffit.

A great doorbell. This was a replacement from the same one I had fifteen years ago. Hopefully this one will be equally satisfactory. However, your customer service via telephone is most difficult. Its impossible to reach a “live person”.

It’s fine if you need one, doesn’t stay closed, had to super glue so it wouldn’t fall off. Other than that, it’s perfect

This doorbell part out of production over 10 years. Batteries dead, all I could was return for refund.

This doorbell replaced my damaged doorbell perfectly and the directions to set the switches on the bell unit was easy to follow.

Doesn't work very well at all . Very intermittent. Piece of junk . Only 25 or 30 ft from doorbell chimec and wont work when mounted upright on the door . Took it off the door and with it lying flat in my hand ,it works occasionally.

Worked well- was able to connect it to my wireless chime per instructions

Stops working after a few days. Company HeathCo said it was the battery (A23) getting cold. You have to replace the battery every few days in the cold weather. Terrible product. What a joke. Only works in the summer. I'm going to return it. Do not buy this product.

Easy to set up w/ enclosed instructions. However, for the life of me I can't understand why the back wall plate has no screw holes, even though screws are provided! (double-sided tape is provided as well). You have to drill the holes yourself, and it's easy to have the holes not aligned because the recommended spots for drilling have a tiny slightly raised bump, which all but guarantees that your drill bit will veer off to the side! The original switch had holes, so why not this new replacement? Very thoughtless design in that regard.

Works fine so far after about 4 weeks of use. Would have liked a broader selection to chose from.

Looks just like original but had to work with the jumpers to get the Westminster Chime to function.
