These blinds are horrible. Tried to raise them and the entire blinds came down as the lip on the metal bracket broke. Put another bracket up and still cannot raise or lower them without using a lot of strength and holding to top so they will not break the bracket again. Never had this problem before with other brands of blinds.

Cheap hardware blind falls out of clips provided to hang. Package came taped together and top was open. Shame on Home Depot for letting this out the door to be delivered to a customer like this.

I like the color. I received them on time. The mounting brackets were gone. I used a set from another blind that was delivered bent beyond use. Which was the second try on it. The first one sent was cut too narrow by 4". The customer service has been wonderful though & I'm waiting for a third try to get here undamaged & cut to size hopefully.

Like the color and ease of installation

I'll be returning them to the local store. They were damage during the cutting process and the string that is used to rise/lower the blind was completely off.

these window blinds I paid for are really cheaply made, the blinds bend , crack, and even tare very easy, I would NOT Recommend these blind to any body, in the store or online, they are NOT worth the time and the money.

The shipment was missing all the installation hardware and fasteners. I had to make due being 1.5 hours from town. I was not happy.

Great quality, beautiful fit - and actually darkens the room enough that visiting grandbabies will sleep in!

It's junk. Worse yet, I ordered a custom size and got a custom size piece of junk. The pull cord was broken and none of the blinds were secured/tied to the cords.

Garbage. They don't fit in standard plastic holders so you have to use the included hardware which looks cheap. The vinyl is thin to the point of being almost see through. The best part is the pull cord holes have been drilled within a fraction of a millimeter of the edge--slats will break. Junk.

I am already having a problem with unevenness when I raise or lower the blind.

We asked for 17 1/2 inches on the blind and when it was cut it was 17 inches. Dad had to spend alot of time removing the holding brackets to install the blind.

The blind was missing parts and was broken. This was third attempt at purchasing blind. All failures.

Perfect vinyl mini blinds and are cut to fit. The room darkening feature is great! It blocks the daylight and sun from entering the room. On several occasions I over slept, because the room was dark and there was daylight entering :)

Please do not stop making this color. The cut was correct and they look great! Will be ordering a lot more. Thank You!

First, the other reviews were almost exactly the same as my 1st set. Quality issues, hard to use etc. Second, I'm adding something I didn't see in the reviews I went thru. They actually stink!! Very bad smell. Also the directions were almost useless. Third, from the second set one set had a slight smell & the other set almost as bad as my first order. I used disinfection wipes & febrezze & got rid of almost all the stink!! The second set was in better shape & I ignored the instructions to install & their fairly good. I have 30 yr old blinds in my house that are still easier to use that the Hampton Bay blinds. Have been happy with that brand from Home Depot, but not this product.

Great price. Free shipping. Good blinds.

The color khaki was too green and not deeper beige like we thought it would be based on the website color. We hung only one of the 2 we ordered and the wand to open and close the blinds did not work.

I will give one star. I order this for the kitchen window. My order came damaged first time. I took a chance and reorder that came damaged. On the third trial it came damaged. I wasted so much time going back and forth to the store and gave up. I am very frustrated.
