It came broken tried to ask return policy I would have to go meet with the blinds person so we can come up with a plan so basic waist more time then product was worth Home Depot you suck

These blinds would not close all the way in the up position, so room darkening......NOT. They did fully close in the down position. I had to use both hands to pull the blinds up with the string. I had 2 sets of these and they both had the same issues. The end caps did not fit on either blinds either.

The first set I ordered arrived flawed. I went ahead and ordered a second set and it was okay for the first two and a half months and then it too became unusable. Very poor craftsmanship I would not waste your money or time.

It never opened right. Would never buy or recommend this product. The old $7 mini blinds lasted years. This was my second in 1 year.

Well made product and fit our needs perfectly. Easy to install.

I love them great quality and color disappointed couldn't complete my orders because they tell me they don't sell them online anymore they're out of stock so I'm short of blinds at my windows

Blinds look great and work as expected. Only issue was that someone lost two sets of installation hardware that had to be replaced. The company handled that well and I had the replacements in just a few days.

poor quality control. bought three similar blinds, one defective - crack and broken string on the corded line. Had to take time out to seek a refund at a local HD store. Not Home Depot's fault. I got what I paid for. Vincent wing

The mini blinds work fine and were easy to install. However, when the blinds came, there were no brackets, screws, etc. in the package. I called the customer service number on the " missing items?" sticker on the package, and the service rep was very helpful, and sent the missing hardware, which showed up 3 or 4 days later. Apparently the blinds were cut down from a larger size, and sent in the same package they were originally in, as the packages were heavily taped shut. Someone needs to make sure the hardware is in the package before the blinds are sent. Otherwise I have no complaints.

The product was Average. The opening and closing wand control wasn't as free moving as I have come to expect from past purchases. But, it does serve the purpose at this time.

The1-3/8” fit my windows perfectly. Easy installation looks great.

The blinds are OK and serve the purpose, however several of the slats have a bit of a twist in them that make an uneven light pattern when they are closed. I hope they don't get worse. Also the single cord used to lift and lower the blinds could work much more smoothly. Next time another brand.

It arrived damaged

Easy to install once you figure out how the mounting bracket goes. Looks good and fits perfect.

Opened the box and the slats fell off the strings and onto the floor. Threw them in the trash as not worth the effort/time to return them.

The absolute worst product ...... I made the mistake of ordering blinds for each of my windows and I'm sad to say that after receiving the initial order, I had to reorder half of my blinds because of defects.....and after a year, I had to order 3 more, at which time I now have to order 2 replacements because these are also defective...2 coming out of the box broken!!! I'd like to clarify that these blinds were never raised or lowered, much less turned after installation.......to say that these are garbage is an understatement. The replacements that were ordered remained in the box until time to install and were opened defective ....

I need 2 more, I hope you can bring more. These are great, I really like them. They are very easy to install.

Hey, remember when installing vinyl blinds was a straightforward project? Two plastic brackets, slide the blind in, slide on the endcaps and your done? Well wait 'till you see what Hampton Bay has done! They've made a simple 10 minute project into an hours long, frustrating battle! Confusing instructions with unhelpful illustrations on how to install the brackets, weak wood screws (heads stripped out instantaneously, had to use my own screws). Destroyed one of the two I bought trying to get it installed. Really piece of garbage product.

These blinds are exactly what we needed in our living room. Not only do they darken the room, but during the recent extreme cold weather we realized they also keep a lot of the cold from leaking in through the windows. They were easy to install and look fantastic. The first one that was delivered was defective, but the return/exchange process was also simple.

great blinds except that there is no Valance. that would make them a 5 star item. easy install. works great.

the item came in somewhat damaged and half operable just the same I felt the need to utilize it as it is before I was unable to find another replacement and this failed one would have to do I give it a very poor status and horrible rating sincerely buyer

Ordered online and received with box taped and mounting hardware missing. Never got got to use it.
