I just got my set of lights, they looked nice but one of the lights is not working . I left it charge for two days and still doesn’t work. I called Homedepot and they said replacement will take a few weeks since they can only contact Hampton Bay via email and not by phone. This is not what I see Ted from a new purchase.

Two of the lights came broken. I called 3 times and never got a representative. Very disappointing.

2 of the 10 lights we installed worked from the box worked.

These are very nice. Not quite as bright as the previous similar lights we got from Home Depot 4 years ago. Really like the pattern they throw.

No, there are 5 missing pieces so I can only use 5 lights. Can you send me the 5 missing pieces (black plastic bolts)?

The lights are fine. However a few pieces were missing.

They arrived pretty quickly, and after I put them together (which was just a little more complicated than others I've seen), they all worked immediately. They provide decent light around the patio. I'd consider buying more.

These solar lights are everything we anticipated and more. The stainless steel housing with brushed nickel finish are exceptionally attractive in daylight. The nighttime "starlight" pattern from the unit adds an attractive and interesting design element to our landscape. My wife especially likes the light pattern at night.

These are really nice lights, pretty well made too. I like the distribution of light/pattern that they emit. The price is great especially for a set of 10 lights. It would have been 5 stars if all of the parts had been in my box. A month went by until I finally got the missing parts mailed to me. This needs to be a faster process. I would recommend these and would buy them again if I need more.

Like the lights but missing two parts to one light.....having no luck getting them after numerous attempts...very frustrated
