The base that fits against the wall is smaller so you will need to paint to cover up marks from the original.
Frogs get into these as well.

O.K. but could be better
Top mount is poorly designed- doesn't fit well and screw heads will be easy to lose when changing bulbs. Open design at the bottom of the fixture will invite flying insects in the spring/summer
