I feel compelled to write a realistic review of this product. I'm not sure if people can't tell from the picture of the mixing cup, but it's evident that the cup is opaque rather than translucent. not only does it make it very hard to see precise liquid levels, the measurements for the ounces aren't even in realistic increments. it'll have a 40 oz marking but not a 20 oz marking. it'll have a 20 oz marking and not a 10 oz marking. how are you supposed to do a one to one if your ounce increments don't even make sense. have you even thought this out before you supply this product? have you done any competitive research to see what your competition does? everybody does it right except for you. just pathetic

I picked a few of these up for mixing some stains. Had my test formula all set and the way i wanted it. Then mixed using the measurements in the pail. The stain came out a completely different (much darker) color than my test. Had to sand the project again and start over. For the second round noticed the oz markings were equal distant but the pail is tapered. Did some measurements with water and a measuring cup and remarked the pail so it was accurate and stain came out as expexted.

Perfect for mixing just about anything. There is a very nice mixing chart located on the pail. Didn't have product ready to run at this point but wanted to show the mixing chart.

I bought the product for use in painting, but found multiple other uses for it, such as storing and carrying my garden tools, mixing liquid fertilizer for small plants etc. So I think I’ll stock up on a few more of them.

Used it to spread mulch on flower bed. Worked fine.

Good containers for painting and other uses.

These are always a decent value for miscellaneous needs around the house.

Great product priced well

These are just cheap containers I use to mix paint or varnish in.

Ink from bucket came off on hands.

Too wimpy to be used for paint.
