The security lock system comes with the door. Door provides great outdoor views but also security at the same time. Attractive unit. Can be used as a full storm door with glass inserts in both top and bottom or, use the screen insert, which also comes with the door. Very pleased with this unit.

Door was missing major parts. Waste of time.

The storm door is beautiful as well as sturdy. I had someone install it for me and the contractor said it was one of the easiest (and quickest) installations that he had ever done.

Rod iron white door makes the house complete. Very impressed with the way it looks. Very heavy and closed every time.

The lock on the door did not work. I got the runaround when I tried to get a new lock/door handle. Poor quality control. I like the door but I wouldn't recommend this brand. Their customer service is terrible. John at Home Depot was excellent and very helpful.

No where on the description did it say left or right handle door. Now i have a left open security door and a right open front door. I hate it every time i come in and out. Never again will i order online.

I love my security door it has made a great appearance in the front of my home. This was a great purchase this is our second door the same security door at my back door. JUST LOVE IT!!!!!! l would indeed recommend this product,

The door was what I expected but the top was banged up badly. Luckily it still worked.

Seems to be a very nice door. I had it delivered and the hardware and door knob were missing from the package. Home Depot contacted the company and had another set sent out to me. Great customer service with everyone involved!

The door is extremely well made, heavy, and sturdy. The install can be a DIY project if you have some basic skill at carpentry or have hung a door before. Being pre-framed made it easy with the only real challenge being to make it fit the door opening.

Love the door and they did a great job installing it. Now my wife and I feel more secure and safe !! Thank You Home Depot !! Happy Holidays.....

Excellent product; sturdy and precision made. Easy to install provided your opening is right and you don't have to alter the door frame (ie if your house hasn't settled and knocked the frame out of plumb.) I love these doors and have installed two; one easy job , other difficult because I had to chisel 3/8" off the frame. Last doot arrived with damaged box from Home Depot. Door was fine (well packed) but the handles and scutcheons at the bottom of container were crushed and bent. Grisham replaced these within a couple weeks. Grisham is a great company.

I was disappointed with the set of hardware that came with one of the doors HomeDepot called Grisham and they sent me another set within four working days The doors are beautiful and I will continue to use Grishams products in the future

Fairly nice looking door that does its job. Unfortunately, the lock broke after about one year and fifty uses (locks). We are now unable to open our door. It will probably require a locksmith and cost more than the door itself.

this door is easy to install.

The contractor had a great deal of difficulty installing this door. The deadbolt lock broke within 1 year and remains in a locked position. Poor quality overall.

What a disaster. It was missing the screen which was provided to me when I returned to the store with the receipt. It is still missing the threshold sweep which I was told was not included as a part of the door. Can't believe that and am not finished researching it. Finally the lock does not work well. Often it does not turn at all and when it does turn and lock it is very difficult to unlock. Don't waste your money.

Very good quality door and will enhance the look of any home plus offers some additional security.

We had to switch sides so the hinges would be on the left - absolute nightmare! We had multiple screws that were stripped at the factory, drilled out two and even had to cut one off below the head. We also ran into issues with the lock hardware - it was missing (had to go back to store to get a replacement set) and didn't fit properly into the latch side of the frame. We had to cut metal out of the opening and couldn't use the latch-side hardware at all. This may have been an issue with our existing door frame but we were able to make it work. On a related note, the door comes with gold hardware but the door can also come with brushed nickel (what I actually wanted) - if you want to pay $600 for the door instead of $300. Really?? The manufacturer won't just swap out the hardware color without calling it a custom order.

The door was good, had a problem with the handle, it broke within three days. However, called the company and they sent us a replacement within 2days and it works perfectly.
