Filter number 1 is leaking. I need to replace.

Water does not flow properly

Easy to install, although you do need to turn off water. Water tastes great.

Lower flow rate on this set of filters than I had experienced in the past with same set of replacements

Excellent once I got the correct replacement filter!

Once installed seems to work fine. Installation instructions said water supply did not need to be turned off. Not a good idea! Water was spraying everywhere. Would suggest future installers turn water off.

Fairly new system. First time changing filters. They are a little more expensive than other filters, but they are the only ones for this system. It was easy to change out.

Replacement unit did not work either.

Product worked as designed . Only problem was almost 15% price increase in a year . Will look into other options on filtration systems .

It's easy to replace the fillters.

Filter 1 stopped sealing after 3rd filter change. Ultimately installed a different system from a specialty mfr.

Easy to install, wish there was info on how to recycle these filters.

Work very well. Water is tasteless and oderless. Why has had stoped selling this item in stores.

Every time I opened the faucet the water came out black from the carbon. I let the water run for more than 15 minutes 3 times and still the same black water came out. I was vey upset that i had to wait 10 days to recieve it and only to returne it it the same day. I wont bye this product again.

Easy to install

Our family has used this for almost 2yrs and so far its proven fine. Initial install set not expensive. So far, replacement filters last seven months for our usage, which is approx 2 gallons each day. Use in coffee maker, any baking/cooking receipes, juices, ice, etc.
