Great for drop cloths, I tried to use initially on a tarp and maybe I hit them too hard- but they popped right through. Use on cloth and they’ll deserve 5 stars.

Bought the kit and refills for a business decoration project, found instructions were ambigous and the punch tools a bit small for the half-inch grommets we needed. Worked around the the problem, but the results don't look as professional as we hoped.

Worked well for my application. I needed to put 4 vent holes in my ski bag for moisture draining. The fabric was two layers of heavy nylon with a thin plastic liner between. The cutter worked ok and the grommets were set flush after setting them with the tool using a shop vise anvil as a backing.

Worked well, but the package was labeled 1/2” and the contents were 3/8”. No others available in store so I used them anyways.

The tool kit I bought there to set grommets would not roll edges. Either grommet or tool kit or both were terrible & returned. Went to Harbor freight & their same items worked perfectly.

Keep them on hand.
I needed these because the starter set only included 6 pair of grommets. The 3/8" is the diameter of the inside hole, not the outside ring. Be careful when you measure. They tapped together easily and were perfect for the job.
