I was worry after the bad reviews I read. But really this is a great hood. Beautiful, quite, and powerful. Is just a hood so besides looks and extraction what else can you say? Oh, I love the "memory" feature. Easy.

This really is the "icing on the cake" in our kitchen, and it is very modern and classy looking. The fan is great!

We put up our new vent hood and it looks great, very stylish and sleek. Four screws and it was up, you will need two people though.

Only been using this a month and so far so good. The only complaint is the lowest setting is borderline loud.

This hood adds to the attractiveness of the kitchen. It is not vented to the outside, but we use the lights that are built in this hood.

I have only had a week, The memory function is very convenient.

This is the first wall-mount I have owned that actually works well on the lowest fan setting as well as the highest.  The fan cover tower is very long, easily adjustable,  and accommodated our 9 foot ceiling.  Works great over the 36" cooktop.  The lighting is excellent and the fit and finish is top notch.

I upgraded to this hood with a new home purchase, the hood is pretty, but when the fan is on all I hear is the filter being pulled up and banging... very annoying.  Switches seem to be backwards too, when I push the light button for -, it puts on the brightest setting.

I went to your site looking for a venting range hood. Who knew there were so many choices ! Thanks GE, now I can do some research and find out exactly what I need.

I installed the expensive hood fan properly on July 16th. It worked for less than a week. On July 22nd the lights quit working and the fan is still working. The manual says to shut off the power for 10 seconds to help the "confused" logic board. That did not help, so a repair person is schedule in a 4 hour window. ----- This is scary because I bought 4 ge profile appliances for over 6 grand. I just hope that the other appliances will work properly for longer than this hood fan has.
