Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear that the first dishwasher arrived with dents in the door, and they were not able to replace with the same model. We hope you will enjoy the convenience, performance, and flexibility this new model provides to your household flow and operation. We apologize that you are having some trouble removing the protective film. The most effective way to remove adhesive left from film, packing tape, stickers, tags or labels on a new appliance and ensure no damage is done to the finish of the product is to apply one of the following: - Household Liquid Dishwashing Detergent - Oil - Cooking Oil - Goo Gone® Apply any of these products using a soft, clean cloth and allow it to soak on the film, packing tape, sticker, tag or label. After soaking for a while, wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use a plastic pad or the equivalent on the appliance. Wipe the appliance dry and then apply polish to thoroughly clean and protect the surface. Precautions: - Do not allow the mineral oil, cooking oil, or Goo Gone to come in contact with any plastic parts, especially the inner liner of a refrigerator. These items will destroy the plastic parts. - Do not use Goo Gone on stainless steel appliances unless you have tested it in an inconspicuous area first. We certainly understand how disruptive something like this can be and we're here to assist you. Your refrigerator may not cool properly if installed in a location which experiences temperatures below 60°F or above 110°F. If this is the case, we recommend moving your unit to a different area where the outside temperature won't effect the operation.
