Temperature hasn't been below freezing yet so I don't know if the product works or not

Love the convenience and design of this but the adhesive isn't very strong. I used it during the winter in our basement so that may be part of the reason it doesn't stick very well. Also the pipes we have are old copper so getting them perfectly clean for the adhesive to stick was a challenge. My advice is to use this only in areas where traditional insulating foam can't reach and overlay it with Gorilla brand duct tape. That stuff holds very well.

Pipes didn’t freeze so I’m going to say the product works well.

This product doesn’t stick for very long. It started to come up after a few days. I had to use plastic ties to keep it from coming off all together, on the ends. Yes, I made sure the pipe was cleaned before applying it.

Store was out of my first choice.So I went with what was available. It did the job, no busted pipes.

Tape does not stick and stays on. Does not meet the description. If possible then I would like to return it.

We are going to have a serious cold snap, and I needed to protect my backflow. I was a little nervous about this product because the reviews were saying that the foil backing came off and the product was hard to use. I had none of those things happen. The foil remained glued to the fiberglass insulation and I successfully wrapped the backflow. I would recommend this product.

Foam seems to work OK, but the sticky backing isn’t very good. Don’t count on it staying in place without putting a good tape (or other means) on/around it.

I needed something with stronger adhesive. The stickiness of this product is a little less then that of a post-it note. The quality is excellent though.
