[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is perfect for my family needs and smaller space. I needed a smaller width fridge to fit in our small fridge space but I also need an ice and water maker! They are hard to find but this one was the right price and fits just perfect. Our old fridge was French door style and my littles couldn’t reach their own snacks and drinks. I’m able to store there things lower now for them to reach on their own. The old one had an ice maker but you had to hand pick it from the freezer which took up so much space!in the freezer for food. We now have an automatic ice dispenser plus room in our freezer so I’m not shopping every other day for frozen foods. The only wish is that it has a meats drawer for lunch meat and cheeses. But I make due with the smalll space between the two shelves. I’m very happy with my purchase and don’t wish I’d chosen anything different. Last fridge was a whirlpool but my appliance mechanic who fixed my old fridge the first time told me to always go with Frigidaire. Glad I took his advice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice looking fridge and it’s easier to see what’s in there with this model. I love having the icemaker and the water, but the icemaker is super loud! It doesn’t bother me very much, but I can hear the ice drop from my bedroom at the other end of the house. I am a bit irritated that they chipped out and did not include a deli/ cheese drawer. I will not pay the ridiculous price to buy one from them, but I did buy a nice clear bin foe cheese. I’ve only had it a few weeks, but it’s working fine so far!

The icemaker on this model is defective and under recall. The company will send a replacement and have a contractor come install it. I had mine replaced and after 4 weeks, the replacement broke, parts fell into ice bin and got stuck in the screw that moves the ice into the dispenser. When that got jammed, we realized the ice maker was broken again. Now, I am having to go thru the process of requesting another replacement and the system tells me my repair has already been completed. I'm going to keep trying, and as long as the icemaker keeps breaking, I will continue to request additional repairs. Unless of course, I end up in the group of approximately 200 consumers who have been injured by the pieces that fell into the bin, then, I suppose, I will redirect my efforts. The good news is, we have had no issues with the refrigerator.

When I researched finding a replacement (same model & brand) I found the refrigerator model I had is now discontinued. thankfully, there was a comparable replacement with great updates and amenities. Happy with my replacement refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker doesn’t make enough ice the cubes are 1” x 1” can’t load pics. The fridge side should have a wine rack since the shelf is able to move lower. Or even a cheese drawer would be helpful.

Also, the light on the freezer door for the air filter went out within the first week. The ice maker is loud. I definitely wouldn’t purchase this refrigerator again. I would love my money back.

I had been looking for a new refrigerator since 2020 when the pandemic hit, and the supply dried up for the smaller size I needed. I finally found the Frigidaire I had been looking for in the size I needed. I love the lighting and the the ice maker, makes smaller cubes, which I love. The reviews were good and the information video really finally sold me on it. So glad I purchased it. The inside feels a little smaller than my old one, but this one is great and up to date.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got ours back in January when we moved in to our house I have a full matching set of appliances we couldn’t be more happy with how everything works our fridge is very spacious and fits anything we could want to have in there I mean we haven’t had a ice maker since we moved in due to the recall on it but we have the part and It’s fixed now no issues we love our fridge

It fits perfectly in the space we have. It has plenty of room with shelves and two storage bins. It is very quiet!!

Compared to our old one, the new one has a side by side door, has a water and ice dispenser and made of stainless steel which is very easy to clean. Also it has nice shelves inside very spacious which we need to stock up our food. The right size in the space that we have allotted in our kitchen. We are proud owners of this new Frigidaire refrigerator. We hope that it will serve us for many long years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve have owned this refrigerator (FRSS2323AS) for about a month, and my early impressions are quite positive. First and of course most important, it reliably makes things cold. One nice feature is the adjustable shelves on the refrigerator side, so you can choose how to organize tall and large items vs small jars and bottles. The unit is generally quiet by my standard, and the fan stops entirely when you open the door, which means it doesn’t push out cold air. There is a useful “hitch” in the door hinge that allows you to open a door and then it stays open at that angle without the door swinging closed or further back by itself. This is very handy when you need two hands to remove an item. Temp controls are digital and easy to set. Note that the steel model is steel only on the doors. The main cabinet exterior is a comparable enamel-gray that doesn’t show dirt or fingerprints. Thus it’s only the steel doors that require frequent cleaning, because hey, that’s stainless steel. We chose this unit because it’s a few inches narrower in width compared to 36” models, and our kitchen layout would not accommodate the larger size. Still though, we got an extra 6 cubic feet of storage compared to our old refrigerator. This unit replaced a Frigidaire from the 90s which still ran perfectly but was rusting in a few places around the bolts, which is hardly a complaint after 25 years. I wanted a new refrigerator that would be equally durable but with greater capacity and a modern style. We checked out all the major brands but came back to Frigidaire for (we think) superior engineering. This unit seems be a winner.

The shelves are totally adjustable in the refrigerator, door and freezer to fit every need. The ice maker makes ice fast and I like the smaller sized cubes for insulated bottles. The water comes out faster than others. I bought the black color to coordinate with my kitchen in my lake condo. It’s just perfect. Plenty of space inside without overwhelming the kitchen. I can’t say enough good things about this purchase. For those who thought it is noisy I don’t have an issue at all. The ice maker will occasionally make noise as the ice drops but all do that. Other than that it’s very quiet. Kudo’s to Frigidaire for another top notch appliance.
