[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How quick it collects finger prints! It’s gross, it always looks dirty. I’m constantly wiping it. Also for some reason a magnet that was on it, rusted..and in the spot where the magnet was is now rust and I haven’t succeeded at getting it off. It looks like the coating actually came off!! So the more I wipe it, the more dull it looks. I even bought some special wipes for specifically for this appliance but it only leaves an oily texture on it. If I would have known all those things I would not have bought it. It’s trouble. My fridge before this never had these issues, same magnets, same cleaners…idk what it’s coated with but it is not good. The inside is good, no issues there. Only issue is the cosmetic one.

The cooling from the fresh food crisper area constantly freezes the bottom portion of fridge resulting in the need to turn temperature up and down. Worst fridge I have owned.

I was surprised when they arrived and informed me I got a water and ice dispenser and of course the ice maker but it seems like it's bigger than mine or at least the inside is. My kids didn't waste time putting all the photos on and magnets on the fridge cluttering it up already but I love it it's keeping everything cold and frozen it's great Thank you PG&e..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge fan of Frigidaire products, which is why I purchased this fridge. Although my space is small, this fridge has all the space I need! When paired with the other Frigidaire products in my kitchen, friends and family LOVE the new addition(s)!!!

The ice maker and water dispenser want work. The refrigerator stainless handles are defective. . I ordered 3 water filters and paid thinking that would fix. All three the factory sent were wrong. The factory takes 35 minutes plus to answer my calls. I have had the refrigerator 4 months. The factory gave me 2 service places to call. I called they are busy. I leave messsges. they will not call back. Home Depot Manger is useless for help. I have exhausted myself. Only one chose left.

Since having the water line hooked up no ice has formed in the freezer in over 24 hours. Water has leaked and froze inside the freezer as well as leaked from the ice dispenser. I had seen some people had this issue but I just assumed they got a defective one. Now it seems that this may be a very common issue with this since I too am experiencing problems. It’s upsetting to get a new refrigerator that’s having issues like this the week of thanksgiving. Despite all that I was pretty pleased with the refrigerator. It’s very basic but I liked having the 2 doors vs trying to pull open a bottom freezer. I can’t say that I would recommend this though.

Very disappointed with this refrigerator. Interior plastic shell is cracking around the one year purchase date. I purchased the extended warranty and it doesn’t cover the cracking interior. Waste of money. Will never buy a Frigidaire again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took on a LOT when I bought my 103-year-old house in the historic section of a small town in central South Carolina. It had been empty for 20 years and I knew I had a great many repairs and renovations ahead of me. Some months earlier I had lost my wonderful Disabled Army Veteran husband of 26 years but knew how supportive and happy he'd have been for me even as I sold the home we'd shared to buy this one. It was a difficult move but it kept my mind off the worst of my grief. Then almost two years later, 'planned obsolescence' kicked in and the 22-year-old refrigerator I'd brought from my previous home up and died! That night after storing food in an insulated chest with ice, I sat down and started the serious search online for a new refrigerator. Several hours later after comparing makes and models, dimensions, features, and of course prices at two different major chains, I arrived at the conclusion that the Frigidaire I finally chose was the very best choice. This was confirmed when it was delivered and installed a week later where it fits very well in the circa 1960 renovated kitchen! My one companion Phantom and I are happy--and so relieved!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the inside of the unit, but water and ice on the outside is very disappointing. Water comes out VERY slowly and ice produces very slowly and very small as well to where we have never been able to use the crushed ice button. This is something that was very important to us in making our decision when purchasing and due to not being able to try these features in the store, we had no idea until we had it in our home. Water pressure has been checked and it is due to the way it is built. Even the installer was surprised. Would have probably gone with another fridge if we knew.

Power went out for a few minutes and it beeped to inform me till I went over and hit a button. It's easy to clean, perfect size, and all around seems to be a sturdy fridge.

It’s almost like the flap doesn’t fully cover the hole. Then water / condensation drips out and runs down the front of my stainless steel
