The light on the inside of the oven should so you can monitor what's going on and watch so it does not get too hot and spill over.Why when the cooking is done and oven turns off, the signal can only be heard if you stand right in front of microwave?I have reported these issues with a Frigidare technician and was told nothing could done to make these functions more user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After living in China for and dealing with a cheap microwave for 11 years, I am so pleased with this one. It heats effectively with no hot and cold spots. It defrosts without cooking and reheats food evenly to the right temperature. I look forward to trying more features.

Smoking in one week. Repairman from Frigidaire said it's defective, need to be replaced. Frigidaire took 3 months to process the replacement after I made tons of phone calls and emails. Finally,I was told Frigidaire does not have this product in stock. They offer buy back with net price (not include tax and accessories). I made cabinet fit the oven, purchased $179 frame kit. No reimbursement. Also, I have to send certified mail with personal statement to get the refund. 4 months already, no refund yet. Do not buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a month ago it is a larger and has met more features than our previous one it Cooks quite evenly and is easy to use. It is a built-in unit and was easy install and looks sharp along with the other stainless steel appliances.

I like that when it beeps after the timer goes off, it’s not super loud, so that when I use it at night, it doesn’t wake the kids. It has a lot of space inside. It fits are large plates just fine.

New unit working as expected so far - a nicer unit. Has more features than I would probably use. Power level options seem backwards though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Frigidaire Gallery microwave was included with our new house, so far it has worked very nicely, it heats food quickly, without a lot of noise, and then emits a soft ping once the item has been heated. Our only complaint would be the door does not open freely and we must press the button repeatedly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came with the house and is meeting all expectations. Some family members are annoyed with the persistance of the wistle once the food is ready.

The only issue that I have with the unit is I cannot see the label inside for timing food. Take into consideration I'm 68 and have had cataract surgery and am 5'1" tall and it is mounted above our built in oven. Probably not the oven's problem but mine.If it was on the counter I would have a better chance of seeing the label. In spite of my short height I would highly recommend the product. If I could have given it a 4-1/2 stars I would have.

Discontinued but still on the site so we purchased it for our new home build and have to go thru the return process. Gave the cabinet builder measurements and everything to start his work but now have to find something else. Not a criticism of the actual microwave but home depot dropped the ball on this one.

We set it in a cabinet under a counter and purchased the frame to build it in. I’m very happy we did, because it makes it look like a fixture, and saves counter space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second purchase of this model. Our first one was perfect and we could hear the beeps. This second one is great for microwaving but the beeps are very hard to hear. You have to stand right in front of it to hear.
