Was disappointed in the design of the rails that keep items from falling off the door shelves. The rails easily fell off causing items to fall on the floor. Was easily fixed by adding two screws through the rails to keep them in place. Shouldn't have to do!

The refrigerator had a scratch and the white was peeled off when the helpers brought the refrigerator into the house. They turned and said nothing and acted as if I had not seen it. That was the only thing that disappointed me. But I did not say anything.

While it's not the one I wanted due to the cabinet space it's a good fridge

Pretty disappointed in this product was damaged upon arrival. And when unit is running it is very noisy and makes weird noises.

Refrigerator may be a good one, however, we received a faulty one from the beginning and have had difficult time getting it replaced. Because we did not call the correct number within 48 hours (process not easily found on receipt or website), we have to go through the warranty process.

1st one delivered in 2 days. unfortunately, it was heavily dented. replacement took 10 days to be delivered. this one had a ding in the freezer door. I gave up and kept it. I needed a refrigerator.

Cools great. Even freezes seltzer cans in main fridge top shelf. Had to adjust that. Problem: Plastic door handle broke off. Gorilla glue won't hold it together.

Attractive enough but so noisy! Delivery guys very nice, but didn't taking blue wrapping off or put bottom grill on...

Bought this fridge a couple years ago. The door is very difficult to open. Guess what?- After a while -maybe 6 months-the handle broke-twice after I repaired it. The handle is holding but now there is crack occurring in the front panel of the door-from stress I suppose. I now open the door without using the handle for fear the front door panel will crack even more.

i have this fridge,it really is worth the money,BUT the door handle broke 3 times,i cant fix it any more,the handle has to be in a better place.

This was purchased to use as a secondary fridge in our basement. Perfect! Holds lots of stuff and is exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Easy delivery too!

Received this fridge two weeks ago and had issues within a week. The size is good and seems to work as expected. The door seal is coming off the door one week after it's delivery and we have been trying for the past week to contact customer service to get it repaired but haven't gotten through the 1-800 number and when we contacted our local Home Depot, they took our number and didn't respond as they had said they would.

The frige has an awful smell on the inside like a rodent crawled up inside and died. There dents on both sides at the rear, it actually looks like its been taken apart My wife and I would really like to have it replaced.

LOVE this fridge. Has much more space inside than my previous LG. Its simply fantastic! Keeps foods at the correct temperature. I would buy this again--and after I bought it I realize my husband bought the same one for his office, my mother in law has it at her lake house, and a friend has one too!

I purchased this refrigerator for my workplace about a month ago. While we don't use it the way a household would, it works great for us and was easy to set up and get running.

Great product for price! Ample storage and freezer space

Took delivery at store location because i needed it right away and delivery was about one week. Factory packaged and transported an hour to my home. Unpackaged and found dents and deep scratch in paint though no visible damage to packaging materials. Door handle also missing. Home Depot did readily accept the return without resistance but had to drive another hour to return. Similar refrigerator located at lowes who delivered in one day and removed my old one.

I asked for the handles to be put on the right side and they were on the left.

This is not to big or to small..it is just perfect for 2 people

STAY AWAY my fridge broke 3 x already. and the third time was 2 days after warranty ended. it was a lemon from the beginning , but i was not allowed to get my money back.

So far it's been working great. A little noisy, but I understand that all new refrigerators make more noise than older ones due to the technical changes to the compressor and refrigerant. This is a simple, no frills refrigerator at a very good price.
