[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased 4 new Gallery appliances and not a good experience. The refrigerator came first, and it had a defective door bearing. The replacement came and it had a dent in door. Replacement door came it also dented, waiting for another. The microwave had a dim light that was on all the time. New panel ordered and replaced. That didn't work now the lights didn't work inside. Another panel came in and it was dented. the tec removed the board from the dented and installed in one of the other one and that solved the problem. The double oven the racks bind not easy to change shelves. The cook top has a slight scratch but at this point I gave up.

The brackets to attach the gas cook top to the counter fell into the cooktop and could not be used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the cooktop and works as it should. I'm knocking off a star because of how easy it scratches when removing the grates to clean underneath. You have to be so careful to lift directly up and place directly back down, there's no room to slide in place, you just scratch the finish. Seems like there's a better material that could be used or better design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are able to use all 5 burners at once, while only taking up the space of our old 4 burner cooktop. The unit required no adjustment. It was ready to go and easy to install. We love the layout of this appliance.

The only thing I am worried about is that the food stain are leaving a shadow after cleaning. I am researching the best way to clean and keep the stainless steel shine.

This gas cooktop was reasonably priced and shipped as promised. I love it. I especially love the 5th burner. The units are sealed so cleaning is easy and the grills are easy to take off and on. I love the stainless steel. It's a beautiful addition to my kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous stove was black and It was hard to keep clean. We thought this one would be easier, but it isn’t. It leaves streaks. I clean it after every single use, otherwise it will leave marks. That’s why I’m giving it 4 stars. I do like the knobs in front. It heats evenly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great gas stovetop. The gas plumber could not get the pins that hold the top in place to work under the granite countertop but was able to place one pin which hopefully will hold the top in place. Overall the stove top is nice and I am pleased.

4 of the 5 knobs broke within a year of having this stovetop, we don't cook much and there was no misuse or abuse, just cheap quality. They want $50 per knob, so $200 for 4 knobs, that may break again, that is absolutely ridiculous! Avoid buying this one!
