Do Not Buy This!! Problem number 1: Even though it says that it is stainless steel, the cooktop is all stained with the spillage. We have made every effort to clean but most of it does not clean. Problem number 2: One of the knobs is already sort of melted. Problem number 3: You customer number doesn't work. It says due to high call volume we are unable to answer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this cooktop as a replacement for our very old cooktop, with the design and price being attractive. It was very easy to install and came ready to use. This was a cheaper alternative to Bosch I was looking at and it had a similar design, and the same but we layout and higher output. The grillage is a little difficult to keep clean and the lack of protection for water intrusion behind the controls is an issue. But these are fairly minor concerns when the price point is so low. I would recommend this for a design focussed, budget conscious cooktop shopper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this one to replace a standard 4 burner the builders had installed. Installation was a breeze. The look and feel of this one is a million times better. Performance is great! Couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with this model!

Love the stove, the middle burner is very strong and heats up very quick. Only problem which is exactly what everyone else is saying. There are rust stains or something around the burners. You can not remove the stains. We have had this for a couple weeks, haven’t used it very much since we are still remodeling the kitchen. The stains appeared very quick and you can not remove them. Kinda disappointed because the stove looks amazing ☹️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an old cooktop with a downdraft. This cooktop is so much better. It has 5 burners, so there is plenty of room for my pots. It also sits a little higher, nice for cooking. Water boils quickly and I don't have to worry about the flame going out on the lowest setting. I took one star off only because the knobs are within reach of kids and easy to turn on-which is great for me.

We've wanted a gas cook top for as long as I can remember and we finally bit the bullet and had a gas line installed. After a lot research we decided on the Frigidaire SS, 5 burner cook top and we are so happy did. First off it looks fantastic, really professional and robust. The simmer control even surprised the gas installer, he'd never seen one go this low. The installation was easy (at least the installer made it look easy!) and finally it matched our double oven and we didn't even realize it on purchase. Absolutely brilliant cook top, with awesome control of heat. You can keep your radiant, you can keep your induction, go gas!

This model Frigidaire is as space efficient as the 36" model at our old house. The sturdy and high profile design of the grates give the appearance of a much more expensive unit. The simmer burner is a nice addition. Very pleased overall.

The quality of the knobs make it feel very professional. I love the expanded cooking area with the knobs being located in the front.

We have not had any issues with it. I did the install my self and the install documents were very accurate as well. Only a 4 because the cost was a bit high. Now that I have it in place, one could make the case that it was worth the high cost.

I replaced my 30" 4 burner with this 30" 5 burner gas cooktop a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Configured differently to accommodate 5 burners in the same space, this top is much roomier and I can use all 5 burners at once if necessary. Installation was a breeze since the new top dropped into the existing cutout perfectly! I also didn't know how much I would appreciate the seamless grates which allows you to slide pots across the top to a different burner...a nice feature when moving pots to simmer or turbo heat. The center burner can really heat up!

Cooktop Range is wonderful. Looks beautiful and works great.

This review pertains only to the stainless color as I would think the black or white would be an amazing product. We bought this in stainless steel in December and I loved everything about this new cooktop. However, after two uses the burners started to get brown spots around the rim of the burners on the stainless steel. See pictures, it looks like food or something you could clean but we all tried to clean it and it would not clean up. I did not try steel wool as it would scratch the top but otherwise I tried everything. The actual burners sit right on the stainless steel and the whole cooktop is one piece except for the knobs, burners, covers and grates. I called Fridgidaire as I was afraid of what it would look like in a few months and they said that is how it is made and that the brown color was normal. I told them that is crazy who wants a product that burns and you can not clean it. They told me I was within my 30 day cosmetic warranty and they would replace the bottom part of the cooktop but only once. The repairman said he has seen this with this cooktop and it will just happen again. I loved everything about this cooktop, it cooked well, the grates were like having one large surface so you could use multiple large pans at once and it cleaned up really well (except for the burn marks). I found out later that there is a coating on the stainless steel to make it easier to clean and that was probably what was burning. I was so disappointed with Frigidaire but then I called Home Depot where I bought it and showed them the pictures. The manager at Crystal Lake Home Depot was amazing!!!! He told me he would try and get approval for me to return the cooktop and called me back in a day or so and said I could return it and that I could keep it until I found another one I wanted. He put a note in my account. I of course went out and searched and found the new samsung stainless cooktop which I bought from his store and it was about double the cost. I installed the new cooktop which is amazing by the way and worth every penny (even 2 months after purchase) and then we returned the Frigidaire and received a full refund. I will be buying all my appliances from Home Depot in the future. I had already bought a stainless refrigerator, snow blower and weber grill from them in the past but they have my business for life!!!

Love my new 5-Burner stove top. It really sets off our kitchen and looks fantastic!
