It really does look great. The only issues that are worth mentioning are: The mailbox mount doesn't allow you to put just any box on the mount. I had to motify the box in order for it to fit. Also, the bottom support bracket that supports the mailbox mount is off 1/2" and had to use spacers.

Mailbox
The mail post came without the mailbox ,of course. It came with NO installation suggestions or instructions. We finally got it installed, but it wasn't easy. We had to use Gorilla glue and multiple additional screws. Most inconvenient.

Stacked stone mailbox kit
Parts didn't line up for arm/shelf below where mail box sits and faux stone color was chipped when removed new out of box.
Poor quality for the money spent. I did install only because I had removed my old mailbox before inspection of new kit.

Looks awesome!
I'm happy with it, easy to install, could be improved a bit for te money it cost, cap didn't fit well and had to load it with caulk to keep it stuck on and a solid mailbox platform would be better, screws just slip in because it's hollow inside but it still looks great and I'm happy with my new post.

Broken casing
We were so excited that we found a mailbox post that fits our home colors. The online ordering of the product was the easy part. When it arrived I opened the box and to our surprise it was perfect until I took it out of the box. The base was cracked and had to be returned to the local Home Depot store. The staff handle it with care and fully understands what the customer wants. When they tried to reorder it, it was no longer in stock. They spent time calling their customer care center and said it would be back in stock July 1st 2016 and we should get an E-Mail that it is back in stock. Well, as of this writing (July 26, 2016) it is not back in stock. DISAPPOINTING Home Depot.

Eye Level Mailbox Post
This was just installed today so I can't speak to the longevity of the product, but it is a great looking post. However, we did have to order this twice to get one that wasn't damaged but the orders arrived even sooner than expected and returning the damaged one was no problem. Ours was damaged on the decorative piece the arm bracket attached to. In fact, both of them we received had a piece broken off in the same area (one crumbled and one chipped off whole), but we were able to glue the second one with industrial adhesive and it's unnoticeable. There are a few areas on the post itself where the cast stone is chipped a tiny bit, but luckily they were on one side and the bracket pretty much conceals them, and unless you really look closely you wouldn't probably notice it.
It took most of the day to install but only because this was a complete replacement of support post and all. Plus we had to tweak our mailbox attachment to it since it wasn't meant for this type of post. All in all the instructions were straightforward and it was relatively easy to put up. It looks really great and stands out nicely amongst the boring basic posts in our neighborhood.
We chose the Gibraltar High Grove mailbox in light bronze to put on this post and it coordinates nicely with the colors on this post.

Horrible!
This product does not even deserve 1 star! We took it out of the box and it was broken in several different places. We ordered it the beginnjng of June and the receipt says you can return it in 90 days yet the store said we had to return it in 30 days! We were finally able to get our money back. Will not be ordering another one.

GOOD Purchase
I had read About the product in other reviews before purchasing. And I did find on opening the box that it is fragile, upon shipping. I had a small chip on the top side of the post and I had to put some cement on it and it was high enough to hide. Also when you mount the mailbox post to your wooden 4x4 , you need to be careful and precise as the fiberglass stone chips very easily.

Lovely, low cost upgrade
We used our existing mailbox post for this, so installation was reasonable. It took two of us about 2 hours to complete, and we are not super handy. Looks lovely, very happy.

Looks great!
Looks great, but was a bit tricky to install. You have to drill through the resin and into your 4x4 post in order to secure it in place. This was the most difficult part of the installation. You have to be careful not to apply too much pressure so you don't crack the resin.
Overall, a great looking product! Very sturdy once installed. Paired it with a regular sized mailbox (oversized box would look awkward).

Nice appearance but fragile
Looks great but very weak structure regarding the faux brick.
The screws need to be much stronger as they strip easily and you need to reinforce the screw Holes with large washers.
Overall good appearance but structurally weak.

Love the look but couple issues
One of my "stones" is cracked/chilled at the top of the box. The package arrived perfect, so it must've been done before packaged. Also, not sure if it's from my dad who installed the mailbox, but the shelf doesn't lay flush, nor does the decorative piece under the shelf.

Not Durable Whatsoever
Post looks great coming out of box and is easy to install however is not durable whatsoever. Within a few days of installing small chips began to appear from any type of weather or contact and after one winter it looks terrible. Almost the entire finish looks like alligator skin which has bubbled up or peeled off like a sunburn. Very disappointed this product hasn't even lasted a year.

Looks wonderful and real after installation.
Installed this over this weekend, 05/30/2015 and 05/31/2015. Purchased a 6" x 6" x 8' pressure treated post and two - 60 lb. bags of concrete. Dug the post hole 4 ' deep by 10 diameter which allowed 4 ' of the post above the ground since the instructions said that no more than 50" above grade. Mixed the concrete, placed around the post and let sat overnight. The next day, finished filling the hole with dirt and tamped. The 6" x 6" was super sturdy. Placed the stacked stone mailbox post over the 6" x 6" and fastened the mailbox shelf to the mailbox post thru to the 6" x 6" with the screws in the package after drilling holes with masonry drill bits. Attached the curve brace to the shelf and attached it to the mailbox post (had to use a spacer between the curve brace and the mailbox post to keep the shelf level). Attached the mailbox to the shelf using the wood screws included and chalked the top to the post. Everything went well just like the instructions said. Everything arrived to the house on schedule and in prefect condition. Could not find any cracks, chips, discoloration. No missing pieces. Could not have asked for anything better. If you use a oversize mailbox (optional), consider the width of the mailbox versus the width of the mailbox post. I used a regular size mailbox since I did not want the mailbox to be wider than the post. Also, placed the shelf at 41" from the ground due to keeping the top of mailbox below the cap on the mailbox post. Would I recommend this item. Yes, yes. Do not rush installing this. I had my grandson (age 14) doing most of the work in order to teach him about being a handyman when he goes up. And he did wonderful and it is square, leveled and solid. If the post last, I will be happy camper.

Nice Appeal
Too bad it arrived with several chunks broken out and a few cracks. I didn't want to deal with returning it and was able to make reasonable repairs with (gray) concrete joint filler. I notice the repairs but the casual passer-by will not.
Also wish the mailbox support was a better material than the FPR they use since it cracked easily when pre drilling the mail box mount holes. (just another repair to do)
Overall I'm happy with the end results but for the price I wish they'd use better materials. If you're handy and ready to do repairs this is a nice addition. If you're not handy with repairs keep in mind you may need to return this, I can see why these would suffer breakage in transit.

Looks Great
Seems expensive for what it is. For the dollars spent, the mailbox should have been included. Be careful when you tighten the screws that hold the pillar to the post. If you tighten the screws too much (which is easy to do with a drill) you will crack the pillar with the head of the screw. It would have been nice if this worked with a shorter post so that one would not have to replace their old post. Overall the mailbox looks great compared to those plastic mailboxes.

Love it!! VERY happy!
I am thinking this mailbox post will last a long time and can handle all that our inconsiderate plow drivers throw at it. (this is our 4th in 10 years). I will post an update later in the year if it doesn't hold up. Very attractive and easy to install (I am a 43 yr old female and did most of it myself)
