They leak, hard to twist open or closed. Went through two. Never again

The sillcock was easy to install and the handle easy to grasp and turn

Replacing a different make. Liked original better. It had a larger flange to secure to wall and only needed 1/4 turn to open valve. This one works fine and installed easily. It was less expensive so a good value for price

Screw in fitting makes it easily replaceable if damaged. Installed with a slight tilt to drain water when turned off. Works as described.

One week after it was installed it a started leaking. A few days later it leaked bad. Pulled out the stem and found a very bad burr on the small hole on the stem had shaved a chunk of the seal off. I carefully removed the burr with a drill bit and sanded it smooth with 2000 grit sandpaper. Bought a new sillcock removed the seal before opening the valve and installed it on my cleaned stem. Put the bad seal on my new one and returned it to the store as defective. Very bad quality control.

Used this to replace an old Sillcock in my house about three months ago and it is already leaking. Would not recommend at all. No matter how tight I get the handle water comes out in a steady stream. Subpar product. Bought this because it was on sale and you get what you pay for. Gonna just spend the money and go with shark bite brand

So far so good. The top cap feels lile cheap, thin plastic. Had to biy this brand because HD didn't havr any other brand in a 6" sillcock.

The same SKU/item number (704011) at Home Depot in Newark, DE is actually an Everbilt chrome-plated brass sillcock valve. And the outlet connection is quite short with only three threads to attach a hose. Very disappointed in the product and inaccurate description.

I bought one of these on May 19th. I had to order it online and did curbside delivery. As soon as I installed it there was leaking around the stem. I tightened the nut that holds the stem and it stopped leaking. A couple of days ago I noticed it was leaking again quite rapidly. this time tightening didn't work. I called the help line and they said they would send me a new washer. The washer came a week later, it was not as thick as the original and the two metal washers that squeeze the rubber washer to prevent leaking were bigger and would not fit in the faucet. I used the old metal washers and the new rubber washer. It still leaks! Now I have to go through the hassle of finding the receipt, calling up the service number, packaging the sillcock, taking it to the post office and paying for postage to send it back. Not to mention, I don't have a hose to water my garden. The lesson: You Get What You Pay For. Pay more, buy quality

The water pressure it produces was just average and the inner washer broke within a year. A recommend buying a higher quality product.

Pay a few extra dollars for a quality spigot. Mine leaks at the handle, around the packing. I tightened it as far as it would go, still streamed water. I took it apart to see it the packing was cracked or damaged. It was fine, but the brass was mall formed. So annoying. I thought I had this job done. I'm sticking with Sharkbite for not on.
