Works well, easy to apply.

This really is a great product and does what it says it will do. Follow the directions and you’ll be completely satisfied. This is my second time sealing an outdoor countertop, first time was 6 years ago. Excellent protection and wearability to the elements. George at Eagle is great and answered a few questions for me, great people, great product, and a great company! I recommend their product!

Been using this on brick patio for years

I covered garage floor with two coats and received a nice glossy protective layer. It did leave an alligator finish in a couple of areas. The only negative is the strong order of the product when being applied. It smelled up the garage and went into the house. The order stayed around for about two weeks before finally going away.

Only problem is that I applied it just prior to a heat wave….6 days ago & it’s still sticky. My bad.

Does not withstand weather conditions such as excessive Heat or very cold weather. Looks great when the first two codes are placed but the sealer needs to be a little more aggressive other than that it looks great for as long as it lasts

Does a great job sealing decks, patios and driveways.

I have tried many different solvent based gloss clear coats including some very expensive ones. None of them last more than 1 1/2 to 2 years. They all turn a white opague color when it is time to recoat. A new coat will actually melt the old finish and blend in the old finish. This sealer works just as well as the expensive ones. This sealer is the least expensive and works just as good as the more expensive ones.

I use this on a stamped concrete patio/walkway about once every 3-4 years. It does NOT yellow so that is great. I do about 1200sq ft, and A 5 gallon pail is more than enough, and leftover is fine to use after 3 years. Also add “silica grip” powder other wise it will be slippery when wet. I use just clear high gloss but you can get sealant that is tinted. Works good , looks great year 1, pretty good year 2 and needing a re-coat in 3-4 years. If you’re not in direct sun or have a pool, it would look good for many years. My shade, low traffic areas always look good.I thought it was less glossy this time, maybe more like a satin, but maybe I could have used 2 coats. At any rate its just a face lift every few years. If you have access to a power washer you can bang out a big job for about 250.00 with equipment.

I usually don’t do reviews but seen some might be off so 1 must do quality prep job give it a day to dry 2 I recommend putting down first coat early morning right after daylight before sun is out if u apply when sun is out u are wasting time and money regardless of what some reviewers say 3 second coat same evening when area is in the shade for night simple as that remember 1 gallon gets about 100 square feet of drive at least for me good luck I have never had a problem this way
