I had lost the original strap and needed a replacement. It was quick and easy to do online order and received prompt shipment. Easy process and got the strap do him quickly.

Works as advertised. It transfers the weight of the trimmer to the shoulders and makes working much easier. I won't use the trimmer without it.

nice hareness

I like the harness a lot. It seems to be very durable and adjusts easy enough to fit. It makes using the weed a lot more comfortable.

The large round so called shoulder patch is cumbersome and difficult to put on. I would like to return it....so sorry I ordered it !

Gets the job done, a bit pricey, and not really the easiest thing to put on, but is the correct factory harness from Echo. Just be sure yours comes with the attaching hardware, as the first one that arrived didn't have that included, had to have another one sent out to me.

I am still trying to get it adjusted properly

This Shoulder Strap is very helpful in saving my back. I have a lot of trimming to do in my yard. When I'm finished my back and arm is in allot of pain, thanks to this strap no more. Good investment.

Great Purchase!

It is very helpful in managing the cutting of the weeds. It gives balance to the machine and your dont get tired of holding the hedge trimmer with the shoulder strap.

Do not waist your money.

I am above height so the shoulder strap helps me to not stain my back when use my edger. Now all I do is maneuver my hips to work the edger and the shoulder strap holds up most of the weight of the equipment.

I love echo products BUT this is a mistake. Please do not buy this. This is complete junk.

Poor design

I am a large person at 6'2" and nearly 300 ponds. The shoulder strap is adjustable so it fits me. The waist strap is another matter. It is too short to fit me. I can just barely fasten it if I pull really hard on it but it is way too uncomfortable to use in this fashion so I'll just have to forego using the waist strap and just use the shoulder strap. I wish they had made this strap adjustable or at least 4 or 5 inches longer so I could use it.

Bought this for my new Echo string trimmer. Mounts at a perfect balance point for easy operation. Has a large red warning label for people behind you that your swing radius is large. Many would remove it, but I have a lot of bikers/joggers/dog walkers in my area. Heavy duty, and a quick release lever for emergencies. Only issue is I had to remove the whole string head to get the bracket on, but it went OK. Too bad these aren't in the store. Yet.

Shoulder strap is adequate but not perfect. Pros: quality of parts, fits well, easy disengage feature. Cons: Straps are too narrow for comfort and lacks padding for shoulder To use for an hour or so it's ok but not to use all day as the thin straps will mark your shoulder/neck area.

I was expecting more support, my right arm was getting sore so I purchased this to alleviate it, it transferred the problem to my left shoulder. So I am either not using it correctly or it is a design failure. I find myself fighting it, so I don't use it. If anyone wants to purchase it, let me know

Decided we didn't really need it, the old strap worked fine

Built strong but a bit awkward to use. Took some work to get attachment ring onto trimmer shaft. Mostly putting the head back on. The belt around the waist does not work so well, I just tie it on. As far as usefulness...a big help and it seems to be sturdy.
