This unit has 2 times the btu's than the mr heater. 3 heating adjustment settings for 6, 12 or 18 btu's. It is made to have the 25 lb propane tank inside the cabinet so there is no problems with the hose from the tank to the heater.

Very easy setup and operation. Takes a bit to heat up our garage which is appx 900 sq ft but works for what we need it for.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the ease of starting and the heat capacity of this unit. Highly recommended!!

Pilot will not stay lit- blow torch to warm it up, hold dial down for very long time, kicking it- nothing seems to work. When it did fire up it was as very nice

Good heater, for save space and controlling the area you want to heat.

Works perfect in outbuilding used as home office. It does give off propane smell so make sure you do not have airtight building. We also installed CO detector. It has run for a month on 2 tanks of fuel.

BOTTOM LINE: Customers will wait if expectations are communicated clearly. We have received the product and it appears to work well in initial testing. However, your organization's customer service needs improvement. When I tried to contact GHP Group by phone 12 days after the order was placed, it took 2 hours 38 minutes to get an answer. At that point the CSR informed me that the item was in stock, but had no information about when it would be shipped.

Easy setup , works great

Two issues with this cabinet heater including poor regulation of the fuel to air ratio which causes unnecessary fumes. Tried both phone & email support from GHP Group. No response, customer support from GHP Group does NOT actually exist.

Very impressed with this device. It warmed up our living room.

This is a GREAT UNIT! Fired it up first day and had a bit of an odor from new paint it took a few hours to burn off but the unit itself heated my 1250 sq ft apartment in those few hours. Only negative is it consumes propane fairly quickly.

Does a great job keeping my 150sq ft shop warm. It even gets too hot and I have to turn it down to low sometimes. I live in a cold area of the northeast. No problems starting it at all.

I've had one of these units for about 7 years and it's a life saver. Make sure your floor is level, otherwise the tip sensor will make it shut off. This is most likely the problem so many people are having.

When I bought the it worked great. Now it doesn’t light it takes more than several to light . It enough to call it junk
