If the unit not staying lit first try the safety switch jump the two wires together it will probably stay lit you can buy new switches on line

The purchase was a good purchase. Unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to use the heater as a additional source of heating my home,which is what it was purchased for, the reason I purchased the item is the fact that the details and specifications seemed to fit everything I needed it to do. The weather and have not had to use. Thank you for carrying such a spectacular item.

This heater will throw more heat than I expected and will be excellent during a power outage. I bought this heater for emergency black outs, if I will ever need it, it's better to be safe than sorry.

This heater is amazing!! It’s powerful but economical to run. This is the 1st one I’ve purchased but I’m definitely going to purchase more…and for the price that was paid for it I would say it’s more than worth the money…I’d definitely recommend it.

Bought mine 5 years ago. Very happy. Had to override (rewire to exclude) the tip sensor, but it can make a 70 degree difference in my 20 x 20 insulated garage with an exhaust fan when 10 below. Going to buy a second as a booster. Any bad reviews are just user incompetence.

When electricity/heat is off for 3+ days and you have to travel 45 miles to purchase more propane at $7.50 tank that lasts a few hours, A HOTEL IS CHEAPER & MORE AMENITIES. If u have no water like this southern grid in freezing weather, I loose money on this propane heater.

This bad boy will run you out on the highest setting. Worth every penny

Propane Heater works great, the strike lighter doesn't work but we don't care, we use a grill lighter to light it. Puts off a good amount of heat. Nice looking cabinet also. We also like the fact it is portable.

I have bought two or these ( Not at the same time) 1 three yrs ago 1 last year, the first heater lit and worked awesome for one winter at which time it got harder and harder to get the pilot to stay on. It would light, but when you let the knob go. The pilot would not stay on Finally bought the second because the first worked so well for my application Second one doing the same thing now and getting worse.should not take 3 minutes to get pilot lit and stay on so I can turn heater on Very disappointed !!

I needed a heater for my front porch. The patio heaters are all too tall, so I started looking for a propane cabinet style that could also be used indoors in an outage. This fit the bill. Three settings, easy to start and the price was very reasonable. In fact, the 20 gallon propane tank cost me more than the heater. Very pleased. I have used it quite often and when you turn it on the high setting, it gets too hot. Will see how it works in the dead of winter. So far, Very Pleased.

First one purchased had the pilot light issue, went thru tech support with no luck, returned to store next day for replacement. Second one worked with no issues. Heats up a large room fast on high and once warm the low setting keeps it warm, less smell than kerosene. Note: If you have issues with the pilot light on a new filled tank then only crack the tank open to start it or bleed off some of the pressure in the tank outside. If still issues then tech support.

I love this heater. I don't need to plug it in so it is truly portable, it heats up a good sized workshop, and it is silent. I live in Minnesota and this does a great job in my insulated workshop, and is just a great overall product. I also love that the propane tank fits in the unit so it takes up less space.
