I found the paint to take a long time to setup and dry. Even after a few days it had a few soft spots. You have to be careful applying it to vertical surfaces. If applied too heavy it will run and you will have sagging. I had less issues on flat surfaces. I will see how durable it will be over time. I applied it to my anchor pulpit.

We used this paint for the top of the steps of our inground pool. The paint has held up even after we raised the water level. It has survived a couple of pool parties and rain storms. I would highly recommend this for any job that involves water.

I am very impressed with the results on some applications. The application seemed consistent at the time of painting. I used a plush roller for large areas but the brushed corner areas came out much better. If you want the best finish you'll need to test areas to determine the best way to apply it for your situation. For example: I primed and then painted some 2x3 and 2x4 framing members and the roller applied way too much paint on the 2nd coat. The finish after a few days was extremely glossy and took on the appearance of a candy finish. When I primed and painted the plywood it was a different story. I applied 2 coats in the same way as before and found some areas didn't cover well came out somewhat spotty. In the areas that did cover well the finish is more of a semi gloss. When comparing this product with http://www.homedepot.com/p/Rust-Oleum-Stops-Rust-1-qt-Gloss-White-Protective-Enamel-Paint-7792504/100117230 I found better coverage using a plush roller with the Rustoleum. Time will tell which holds up better to the weather. It seems the Rustoleum may be able to achieve equal or better looking results on plywood if you apply it as directed and then spray a couple of coats of Rustoleum Clear Gloss. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Rust-Oleum-Painter-s-Touch-2X-12-oz-Gloss-Clear-General-Purpose-Spray-Paint-249117/100670438

Worked well on painted aluminum boat hull
Worked well on previously painted aluminum boat hull (above water line application). Adheres well but on vertical surfaces you should not spread too thickly or it might sag a bit - easy to prevent this. In normal temp/humidity, dries solidly in about a day or less. Interested to see how it holds up over time and with use.

Excellent outdoor product
I used this product to paint our outdoor wooden rocking chairs. The coverage was excellent. The finish dried smooth even though I used a brush. The gloss is brilliant. Our rockers look better than when they were new.

Very good product
I have repainted the top railing on my front porch over and over. I have used good paint, but it still comes off and has to be done every year. I think this time it will be good for at least 3!!

Early review
It's too early to tell whether the product lives up to it's description, but at least the application was everything to be expected. The paint self-levels well, if not too well, as it tends to follow gravity a little too readily. The finish is gorgeous. Drying time to touch is 24 hours, full cure is listed as 7 days, but I think longer is better. Choice of roller cover is critical: cheap rollers for wall paint release fibers that end up stuck on the surface: impossible to remove. Makes an otherwise beautiful surface blemished. Now it's time to put the boat in the water and see how the finish holds up.
