SM510 metal wheel wore out in 5 minutes - way too quickly!
A better wood only wheel is needed also, like the ultra max offering.

We are sorry the wheel did not meet expectations - the metal wheels are definitely consumable and the life can be impacted by several factors including the metal being cut, the rate of feed, and force on the tool. This blade makes it so easy to get perfect cuts on trim when replacing flooring to lay ceramic tile,or other thicker materials. It has so many excellent uses that it would be hard to list them all,it is a very handy cutting wheel.

This was to replace a similar carbide-tipped blade for my Saw-Max. Works well on event hard woods. The prior blade had lasted quite a while, even after cutting through a few nails.

This is good for small cuts, but not very good...
This is good for small cuts, but not very good for longer length cuts. Longer cuts cause the Dremel Saw Max to overheat and the blade dulls quickly. This was use to cut pine trim boards on our windows. Our Saw Max is pretty new and only seen a few cuts before this. The blade was brand new.

I used this flush cut wheel to trim some baseboards when I was installing tile. This cut through my 3/4" thick molding like butter and left a smooth cut. I was impressed with this tool.

Light weight tool, used it off and on two days...
Light weight tool, used it off and on two days in a row, for about one hour each day with the SM600 flush cut blade to cut 1/2 plywood, hit a few nails, end of second day’s work burning plastic and no power to spin the blade.
