This door is HEAVY, and a 2 man install. You must have a stud to bolt into to support the door/glass. Unfortunately, I chose this door last minute and had to cut into my painted drywall to add support. My only complaint is that not all of the decorative bolt covers were in the box. The decorative covers for the allen head screws for the hinges were missing, but the "extra parts" bag included had 3, when I needed 4. I contacted Dreamline and told them I was missing the decorative covers for the hinges, and they sent me the decorative covers for the stationary glass instead. I was pretty clear in my email about the missing parts being for the hinges, so I'm not sure where the confusion lies. I may try again to contact them, but it's been pretty irritating that 1/2 of the supplies I purchased from HD for my bathroom restoration were missing parts. QC is suffering, and I don't feel like I should have to contact manufacturers to receive parts that should have been in the package originally.

The directions for this door are horrible but with a little common sense it comes together nicely. Beautiful door, really adds to a bathroom with custom tile. Heavy and well constructed materials. Nice fit and finish in the oil rubbed bronze.

Finished product is very nice. Installation was handled by a subcontractor as this was a bit out of my comfort zone. Installation took about 3 hours. The two shelves in the fixed glass corner are a convenience for shampoo/conditioner bottles. All in all, I would highly recommend this door to anyone looking for a high end product!

These doors look gorgeous, however, I did not realize that the glass shelves are not optional. I wanted to install the shower doors without the shelves as there is a built in niche in the shower and the shelves interfere with it. Caution - the stationary panel is predrilled with holes making it impossible to use without the shelves. I ended up ordering a new stationary panel from a glass company. It's all good now but thought I would caution buyers. I don't know how to rate installation as I hired a professional.

This is a very nice, stylish touch to a shower. Experienced a few headaches with shipping and receiving wrong parts. Overall the product is awesome!

This is not a do it yourself installation so leave it to the professionals to install. Once installed it looks fantastic.

The UNIDOOR glass was well packed and was of good quality. The glass was thicker than expected. As a self proclaimed handy man... the door is really easy to install and instructions was well written. Make sure you have help, an extra long drill bit to screw in the hinges without removing the door from them. Since the door is super heavy, make sure you hit studs. Finally the door is more adjustable than the description due to the side panel being adjusted in a stainless steel sleeve so don't worry if its within another inch or so

The door was purchased for an update of a bathroom. Home Depot provides no installers for one to call for custom shower doors. Five separate glass and shower specialty stores were contacted and all refused to install the door. Eventually the remodeler installed the door and it took over half a day. The instructions were found to be inadequate. The aluminum screws provided were not strong enough and the slots on the top of one became unusable and it had to be removed and the head twisted completely off one. Eventually other stronger screws were obtained and the project finished. Though the door is attractive once installed, I couldn't recommend it unless one has the access to a custom shower door installer or your local Home Depot has installers that they use. It also may be more suited for a new construction, rather than an update.

These doors are show stoppers and absolutely gorgeous The boxes were number and the instruction relatively easy to understand. You must have a helper or two; the doors are extremely heavy. Well worth the purchase price. They just sparkle when clean which only requires an occasion rinse. You love them!

Love this door! Looks fantastic and was very easy to install. Quality is obvious, smooth operation.

This product compares well with others of similar price and even higher price doors. We wanted a solid door that looks good and this fit our needs. Only wish it came in frosted glass.

The door itself is fantastic. Install was awkward due to the weight of the door glass, definitely a two-person job. The shim that is recommended to rest the door on was a little wide - it threw the alignment off ~1/4". Highly recommend checking the clearance on the bottom door trim/seal BEFORE installing the door. This will alleviate any heartburn of having the door mounted too high to get a solid seal between the door and shower trim (preventing leaks). Looks awesome - if this is going in new construction/bath remodel I highly recommend placing a 2"x6" stud behind the door mount to ensure a SOLID mounting surface. If you don't have a stud to mount this door to, DO NOT INSTALL it. The weight of this door will surely pull the tile and drywall/greenboard/backer board off the studs!!!

Installation is difficult due to the weight of the glass door, I would recommend the manufacture include the door shim with a molded lip that would secure the shim while installing the door hinge. Trying to allign door and keep the shim inplace requires 3 sets of hands in a very tight space.

Product is good and once installed looks great. Some small steps not specified in instructions that would have made installation simple. Better screws for main door would have been nice. No extra hardware provided, do not drop or loose parts. Installs with one person, two people would ease install.

Need two people to install. Took longer than expected, mostly due to drilling into porcelain tiles. Happy with end product.
