We love the sleek modern styling and quiet operation of this fan. It moves a lot of air, even on low, and we're very satisfied with its performance. The only thing we don't like is the light. It's pretty dim and it has a warm yellowish tint that doesn't go with the other cool white lighting in the room, so I gave it a 4 star rating for that reason. I planned on just replacing the bulb, but I haven't been able to find a cool white replacement bulb yet. If anyone knows where I can get one, please let me know.

No problem on install.......did not mount remote wall holder , I keep it out of site.

The fan is beautiful, but we didn't expect the fan to be only operated by the remote so now we have a dead switch to deal with. And on the second day of use while doing some drilling in another part of the house the glass light cover came free and fell to the ground shattering everywhere. Hoping to get a replacement.

I bought this fan with the idea that it didn't look too outdated. The fan is fine. The remote's a pain, but we couldn't figure out how to hardware it to the switch. The light looks super cheap when it's on. Not super impressed, but, it does the job.

Installed and it worked well for about a week. Then suddenly the light blew out. I replaced the bulb twice but neither bulb worked. The fan continues to work, so it is not a problem with the electricity flowing to the fan.

This fan is very nice looking, seems to be good quality. However, I have a pretty severe complaint; the description and specs claim that the fan uses a "standard down rod"... meaning 1" diameter. This is what all stores carry and stock. In fact, the fan comes with and uses a 1/2" diameter down rod. I needed a 12" drop from my ceiling, and had pre- purchased the rod. When the fan came (with my electrician paid to come install), we found out that it used the 1/2" diameter rod. NOBODY stocks 1/2" rod so I had to special order it and pay rush shipping from Amazon, resulting in further charges and another bill from my electrician to come out a second time. Buyers, by aware that you'll need a different rod. Otherwise, the fan itself is nice.
