I am very disappointed with this faucet. I have the chrome pull down without the sensors. It has developed a leak in the supply line which has soaked everything under the sink. It also has a constant drip from the spray head. I spent more expecting more but this faucet has been a total failure.

I love it. Good accent for my kitchen. I got a lot of compliments. Technician required. After installation, it was licking when we didn’t turn it completely off. We called Delta company, they sent us a new solenoid with no cost. I gave 4 starts for 2 raisons: we had to pay again the plumber to replace the broken part. Also, the voice control is not supported by Google, even I am still dealing with Alexa. But overall, we are satisfied.

This touch to turn on faucet has been a game changer. The pressure is excellent, the finish is gorgeous, and the ability to just touch it to turn it on has been such a saver in the kitchen. No more messy hands touching handles, you can just tap it with the back of your hand anywhere. It has a very sleek design and is quite stunning to look at.

I bought this to replace an old HAMAT kitchen faucet that had a similar design. It is very well made and the pullout adjustable sprayer unit works like a charm. I like the fact that a magnet holds the sprayer head in place. Can't beat the lifetime warranty as well. Highly recommend.

Very sensitive, it you are cleaning around it and touch it, it turns on - but easy to turn off again. I love it. Especially when working dough with my hands and don’t want to get faucet yucky turning it on.

We’ve only had it in for 2 to 3 weeks and it keeps going on by itself and there are times we can’t turn it off by touch. We actually have to manually turn it off. We are going to change the batteries and if it stops; if not we will be returning it. Disappointing especially considering how much we paid for it.

Voice IQ simply does not work. It will not connect to Wi-Fi. Delta claims it’s an issue with my Wi-Fi, but I have 50+ devices attached including both 2.4 and 5 MHz and have never run into issues before. Save yourself time and money and buy something else.

Love it, stylish and functional. My kids love the touch feature and the light indicator water temperatures. Couldn't be happier with purchase.

Great color and functionality

I initially thought the little lady had gone mad with this crazy expensive idea. We now of 2 of these touch faucets, one for the kitchen sink and one slightly smaller on the island bar sink. We are thinking of a third if I ever get the laundry room reno done. You will get so used to the touch feature that when you walk into use you neighbour's sink you wonder why it doesn't work no matter how many times you tap it. The hose always docks firmly. In 5 years I have only changed the batteries twice.

Very pleased with this faucet so far. I read a lot of reviews and ordered 3 different faucets and ended up keeping this one. Fits well with our 18 inch (front to back) sink. Faucet feels heavy and well made. No problems with (plumber) installation. Two things to know: 1. Turn the lever up for cold and down for hot-- this seems backwards compared to many faucets but there are little blue and red dots to remind you, and 2. The spray stream is narrower than some faucets. I knew that ahead of time and was ok with it because I think it splashes less. But iti might surprise you.

I read reviews, but never write them. In this instance, I should have paid more attention to the obvious red flags going off on this product related to a repeated claim of "the faucet stops working". We had glitches from the first day it was installed. But if you "waited a few minutes" it would seem to sort itself out and work again. Now, less than 3 MONTHS since it was installed, it has stopped working altogether. Don't bother calling Home Depot because if they installed it, you'll just get charged again ($89) for them to come out to just look at it; even more if they actually have to perform maintenance or new parts. I called Delta, who gave me lengthy instructions to follow to "hard re-start the solenoid", because the solenoids "only last for so long", and if that doesn't work, then.... I spent almost $900 between the purchase of the faucet and then the install, and now I'm fixing it myself less than 90-days into it. I truly wish I had never purchased this faucet. It feels like a complete waste of money that has left me stuck with a faulty product. Please, please buy a different faucet.

Beautiful faucet. I also have the same style trinsic faucets in my bathrooms which I love. Only issue: on bath version, cold is pull toward user. In kitchen, it's push away for cold. They should be consistent.

MODEL#: 9159T-DST We installed this Trinsic (matte black) faucet (MODEL#: 9159T-DST) in our kitchen remodel about ~ 3 years ago. No complaints about the touch feature which is awesome, however, ~ 1.5 years back, the gap between the faucet body and the faucet head started growing. The gap appears to be due to a lot of rust-looking crud. There are several other reviews and comments that mention this problem so this appears to be a design flaw for this model Honestly did not expect to have this kind of an issue with a faucet that was this expensive. Delta is there a solution to this?
