Gorgeous and very quickly dysfunctional

Love the look of this! Installation was fairly straightforward and it functioned fine for the first little while. But within 3 months, the pull-down sprayer head would not retract properly into the main faucet - the inner ?tube? magnet? something was protruding from the main faucet approx 1/4 inch blocking the head from fitting in properly. No amount of pushing or anything would get it to budge, and it just gets grimy and unattractive. Then a few months later, the inside of the sprayer head has corroded entirely. Whole thing lasted exactly 2 years 3 months but these last few months have been terrible. Really disappointing as I love the look of it.

I love this faucet

I have now owned this faucet about 3 years. I bought the AC Adapter to alleviate the need for changing batteries. It's beautiful! My only issue, which would not stop me from buying again, is that there is quite a long delay in the faucet going from hot/warm to cold water. Otherwise, I'm happy with this purchase.

Initially great, but frustrating long-term

We first installed our Touch 20 faucet in 2016 and loved it for several years. However, this year the solenoid valve stopped working - Delta refused to replace it since they say there is only a 5-year warranty on electronic parts. We have also had the same issue others have noted with the components at the magnetic catch rusting - some pieces even fully corroded and broke off, and now the pull-down wand won't nest properly anymore - it hangs down and looks sloppy. We are building a new house and were planning to get two Touch 20 faucets but after this experience - I don't think they are worth the premium cost, especially when Delta doesn't stand behind their product despite well-documented performance issues.

The finish on the faucet and handle did not match. The mounting mechanism was also a little flimsy. Setup and connections were surprisingly easy.

Like the faucet, but battery usage is unacceptable

Installed about a 3 weeks ago. The included batteries lasted about 4 days. I figured it was old no-name batteries that were included. Went out and bought some 6 C-cell batteries, expecting that they might last a year, even though the manual says “up to three years.” Guess what? “Up to three weeks” is more like it. That they sell this without an adapter is criminal, particularly when you consider the cost of the product. Save your money!

Don't waste your time or money on this faucet. I purchased this unit in 2015 for just under $500. I've had to replace the magnetic ring that secures the sprayer to the main faucet 3 times. It corrodes and swells so that the sprayer does not latch or sit correctly. It's a quick fix but the kit runs $40 and they send you 3 rings (so they know they have a problem with this part). Delta charged me for the kit and failed to mention it was covered under their 10 year warranty.

Garbage

This faucet is an absolute piece of garbage. It turns itself off on it's own, making actually using it extremely frustrating. It cannot, as claimed, differentiate between a tap and a grasp. I have gone through 18 AA batteries in less than a year because it will not work (even as a regular faucet) without batteries. It's beautiful, but stick to the regular faucet.
