I replaced one like it that was 17 years old.. it has several improvements and doesn’t spray water all over the place like some of the new styles.

I bought a brushed nickel Signature faucet in 2005 which I LOVED. It dripped constantly for the past two years, even after installing the replacement parts Delta sent to me. Delta sold me a replacement faucet at a discount but it has a stainless steel finish since brushed nickel is no longer available. It's way too shiny and shows spots whenever touched .... I'm so disappointed:-(

It probably is a good faucet if we could find the sink my wife is looking for. We have this faucet on our old sink. It’s been good.

Bought this to replace a 20+ year old version of this model when I could not find info on the replacement cartridge for that older version. Disappointed in the amount of plastic vs the older model. However, the “lifetime” warranty to replace broken parts should help. I like the ease of switching from stream to sprayer modes. I have not had a problem with the sprayer hose returning after I have pulled it out. It is no longer a metal braided hose (it is plastic braided) so the hose is not as stiff. However, a weight is added onto the hose to ensure smooth return of the hose. So one must make sure the hose and weight hang freely and items placed under the sink do not jam up against the hose. I can’t speak to the ease of installation because I hired a plumber to install it - mainly because I didn’t want to deal with trying to get the old one removed. The plumber said removing the old one was the hardest part due to metal corrosion. So maybe plastic parts aren’t such a bad idea!

Like other customer reviews listed here, this faucet has a "leaking" problem. I had it installed new in December of last year and within seven months (July) it was leaking heavily (ruining the wood cabinet below.) Four months later (on Thanksgiving no less), the faucet started leaking again. I've asked for a complete replacement of this faucet, but Delta only will only replace parts. I think they should scrap and/or redesign this unit as it seems to be a common complaint with this particular model.

Pretty easy to install. Works as expected.

Product quite satisfactory but seems to have less water pressure than previous one (same type/brand); is there a water-saver insert that can be removed? If so, can I do it or must a plumber?

Was pretty much an exact replacement for the existing faucet which had rusted in the barrel portion...which is apparently a common problem with these models.

My Delta faucet (Model # 470-AR-DST) came with the new house I bought back in 2005. I didn't get any of them from Home Depot, but I just wanted to come here to write a review, because today I just received a new one from Delta. I'm surprised this product is still on Home Depot in 2019, and the price is not cheap. Since I still own the house, and thanks to Delta's lifetime warranty, I have gone through probably 4 of this faucet, among which at least 3 of them were a whole new faucet, and one was the wand assembly. For the three sets of new replacement faucet I received and installed myself, the problem has always been that the faucet body get completely stuck and couldn't swivel. This time the same problem happened again. But I decided to buy another kitchen faucet to put it in. It's doesn't even worth my labor to use this Delta faucet anymore. Not only because it just lasts 4-5 years on average, but its style and design are also totally out of date. I will just put aside the new Delta faucet I received as a backup.

The product was the same as what was being replaced, but the quality seemed to be just a bit less than the original. Nevertheless, it was fairly easy to install (aside from the deep sink it was going behind), works very well, and looks as good as the original. Overall I'm pleased with the product and the purchase process.

Not exactly what we wanted but looking for white or Almond color is extremely limited.

I have used this Model before for many years and replaced the same with the same model.

Simple and easy to use. Nice styling

This is a nice change from metal or chrome. It matches our microwave, stove and oven. It was relatively easy to install. The pull out spray hose is very useful. David Lissauer

This faucet is an upgrade to the one it is replacing. The internal workings are quite different than the previous faucet and even though the water pressure is the same, the volume delivered is not. The volume is adequate but I am more used to a higher flow.

We like it.
