The inside of unit was actually loose when it was first installed… so faucet leaked. It came from the factory loose. Once I had it tightened up and redid… it works perfect. I really like the ease of switching the pullout faucet from spray to regular flow and the appearance of faucet.

I prviously had a Delta faucet which worked for 20+years so I decided to replace with the same model. The new stainless model is working well and the stainless does not show fingerprints which is great. I highly recommend this Delta faucet

Artic Stainless-Steel finish is very nice. Water marks wipe off easily. The switch from stream to spray works great . The only negative upon installation is that the pull-out sprayer can be difficult to remove and reseat. Perhaps it will get easier with repeated use.

It is nice looking , slightly late get head than I expected

The kitchen faucet stopped swiveling and I noticed the shank was sheared from the body of the faucet. I bought this house +10 years ago and was equipped with delta products, the lifetime warranty of the product was honored. Customer support representative was very polite, helpful and effective to promptly resolve the issue.

I always look at the negative reviews as i do not know who is writing the positive ones. however Delta as a company has impressed me so many times over i felt obligated to write this review. i have several delta faucets in my home. delta customer service is always extremely helpful identifying the faucet problem and replacement part and helping with instructions to disassemble, replace part and reassemble the faucet.

Only time will tell. The faucet that needed to be replaced was because of the lack in quality of Florida's water. Within 6 years it had eaten through the finish and the swivel functions. eventually it began leaking. So we shall see if Delta makes a more robust faucet.

The button used to engage the spray does not disengage when the faucet is shut off. I consider this to be a design failure. I called customer service and received no satisfaction.

Works great, needed a plumber to install as I couldn’t remove old faucet due to calcium deposits.

The faucet leaked from the date of installation. I contacted Delta and explained the problem to a Delta technician. He diagnosed the problem, and Delta mailed me a new 50587 cartridge. The installation was easy. I appreciate the professional and expeditious manner in which Delta responded to my problem. I would recommend Delta products without reservation.

I bought this to replace a discontinued 12 y Year old, very similar, predissesor. It's half the physical weight and compairitively noisy at low to medium flow rates. Doesn't have the "feel" of durability.

A registered plumber installed this faucet on July 15, 2020. In November, it started creaking or grinding every time the faucet is turned on and off. I recently contacted Delta after seeing a You Tube demonstration suggesting that the cartridge needs to be replaced. I'm waiting for a response from Delta. While the faucet is guaranteed; unfortunately, the fee for the plumber is not. I'm disappointed in this example of "American workmanship." I had an identical faucet that lasted 15 years.

Installation was easy. No problems

Dec 2020 installation was easier than previous Delta models. Water flow of 1.8 gal's per minute is unusually low, lower than any faucet in my house (other faucets 3.0 to 4.5 gal's per minute). Package included several "extra" parts which Delta customer service could not identify/explain. Instruction manual is a mess. Diagrams ARE fairly easy to understand. Step 1 is on page 3, step 2 doesn't apply, step 3 on page 5 (on front of page 11), step 4 on page 7 (on back of page3), step 5 on page 8, step 7 on page 9 (on back of page 1). Haven't used the faucet long enough to guess at how long it might last.

When I purchased my condo 20 years ago, I put in a new 470-AR-DST faucet, except it was in a satin finish that they no longer manufacture. I now how the same faucet in stainless steel. It looks and performs beautifully. I am very impressed with the quality and ease of installation. I am so happy that Delta still sells this faucet 20 years later now in 2020!
