Very sturdy and elegant.

I've installed a number of hooks in my life, and this is an order of magnitude worse than any hook I have ever encountered. It is impossible to install without damaging the wall, and I cannot imaging trying to remove it to paint the wall.

Returned this product after an hour trying to get mounting bracket to work and trashing my wall in the process. Complete fail

The drywall anchors were not very good quality plastic. They stripped out and I had to get another pair that I had on hand. The hook base had some metal flashing that prevented it from mounting on the wall bracket until I cleaned it out with a screwdriver. After mounting, the hook still moves a little. I expected that it would be solidly mounted to the wall, but not so, because of how the hook connects to the wall plate.

Nice looking, easy to install. It is tricky to install removing old one as holes could be very close to each other. In my case I installed the top screw into a metal wall from old unit, it is strong enough to hold it without movement.

The hook is both beautiful and sturdy... the perfect marriage of beauty and functionality! The price was good.

Unique system allows you to hade all of the attachment hardware. Looks good.

The chrome finish is great and matches the toothbrush holder to a tee. Easy to install with the dry-wall hardware provided. Was purchased to hang a hand mirror next to the vanity sink. Provides a perfect place to keep the mirror safe and handy.

This matched exactly with the hooks that were installed by our builder when we did a remodel so we were thrilled! The first one came without the hardware to install but we were able to return and exchange for another with no problems.

Just the right touch for the towel next to our shower door. A clean classic look.

Very nice looking after all is installed, but couple of steps took longer than it probably should. The drywall plastic anchor sleeves (in which the screws are inserted) are pretty fragile; three of the six broke while inserting into the drywall. Had to use some heavier duty anchor sleeves that I had on hand. Also, after the mounting plate is attached to the wall, it takes a fairly strong effort to push the hook assembly onto the mounting plate; not as easy as is written in the instructions! And two of the six hook assemblies had a slight jiggle to them after everything was mounted; but nothing too drastic. But look great after all is said and done.

The style is just what I was looking for.

Easy to install. Much more convenient in the shower room than towel racks.
