I read several bad reviews but am pleased so far. Went in easy, works great and side spray does not leak. Finish is very nice. The only reason I deducted a star is that the faucet is freakishly extended over the sink more than usual. I actually look for a good extension, but this could be cut back by an inch +

Easy install, good looking and best of all it's a stick shift. great product all the way around.

Sprayer got stuck. Wont turn off. Have to return and pay for a new one to be installed. Should have bought a Moen

Quality not as expected for the cost of product. Doesn't always shut off

So installed and sprayer wouldn't turn off when button released. Called Delta they said i need to take it back to store. Because it was under 30 days. They would not send a replacement sprayer. Need to buy a whole new one and pay to have it uninstalled and re installed again. Delta customer service stinks.

The spout is too low to the sink...

I had this faucet installed in 2010. By 2019 it was dripping. Delta sent me a replacement cartridge which solved the dripping for 2 years. I now have the same problem again and expected a cartridge to last longer. I’ve also noted the problem others reference. You basically have to turn this off in a very precise way or it will stay on dripping. So annoying.

I ordered this faucet thru Lowe's, haven't received yet. Hoping I'll be a happier customer then these others.

I liked the color of this faucet but I had to return it because the plumber couldn't fit the sprayer in because of my counter top sink hole configuration. I ended up changing out my sink and getting a single handle pull down sprayer, but I still like this style with a separate pull out sprayer on the right side.

We purchased this faucet in February of 2019. We had it 3 months when it began to drip. After a few months, when the dripping really started wearing on my nerves, I contacted the company and I was sent a cartridge to replace. We followed all of the flushing guidelines, and replaced the cartridge. This time, it began leaking within just a few weeks. Once again, I called the company, and was sent another cartridge. This happened 3 more times for a total of 5 replacement cartridges. (always following the flushing protocol when installing.) We were then sent a new faucet which was installed today. It seemed to be just fine. Then, the handle was removed in order to set the safety measure for hot water control, and the faucet immediately began to drip. I am amazed to see that people have purchased this faucet with absolutely no issues, yet we have had nothing but problems with this particular style of faucet. I am extremely disappointed as I spent many hours searching for a low profile faucet with side spray with this finish type. The faucet itself seems well made, and the finish is beautiful. However, the diamond technology cartridge has been a constant source of frustration with us. When I asked the company rep how often we would need to replace the cartridge, he told me that it might need replacing every time we turn off our water as there are particles in the water that can cause an issue with it. However, every single cartridge that we replaced had absolutely no evidence of any type of debris upon inspection. Also, none of our other faucets are having any type of issue, although I will admit that this is the only single handle faucet in our house. I surely wish I knew what the problem was because I so wanted this faucet to be a permanent fixture in my house. I just cannot warrant changing a cartridge every couple of weeks, particularly when the new one does not solve the problem.

Purchased this faucet less than six month s ago. After two months, it started leaking. With four grandkids using it often, I am constantly going to the kitchen to adjust the handle. At times instead of a leak there is a steady stream. There are times when I turn on the faucet there is resistance and a rubbing sound. When the handle finally moves, it feels like the handle might come completely off in my hand. We purchased a Delta faucet because of its reputation. I am starting to regret that decision.

2 mos old, noisy grinding & hard to shut off, squeaks when rotated. Plumber has come out, no improvement, will have to replace. LOVED THE STYLE SO VERY DISAPPOINTED that we have to change.

Beautiful faucet!

This delta faucet works great, but the 3/8" PEX supply lines leave a lot to be desired. I had to get a pair of SharkBite fittings and braided supply lines to finish the install. The PEX was simply too stiff to do a worry-free installation.

Great looking faucet and performs very well. Easy install. No problems.

I've had nothing but problems after 2 years of owning this faucet. The design of the Diverter Clip is one of the dumbest things I've come across. Once the Sprayer's attachment popped out of the housing, the original Spray Cap and O-ring suffers the same problem. This renders the kitchen sink useless. It's as if the designers have never seen a compressor coupler kit for an air hose. My last Delta faucet lasted over 14 years. This is my last Delta faucet.

We like the faucet and I just love the sprayer. Everything is fine with it. It comes with a lifetime warranty. The installation has a 1 year warranty. No complaints. Highly recommend!

Parts were missing. After two plumbers couldn't install we figured it out. Going to return.
